Balro: wins, 7/20 (1 OS, 1 KO, 5 OGKO)
Killerken: wins, 13/20 (4 OS, 2 KO, 7 OGKO)
BWD win rate:

BWD is unarguably the best tip of the D series for battle against sway. It did pretty great.
Balro Balro SP230GF vs. Killerken Killerken SA165RS
Killerken launched first on all launches.
Balro: wins, 0/10
Killerken: wins, 10/10 (1 KO, 9 OS)
RS win rate:

Though RS did amazing, it did come extremely close to being OGKOed several times. I think its grip just serves as a tool for the sway-attacker, as it will roll easily up the side. However, it doesn't roll quite enough to be OGKOed, and it doesn't seem to lose much spin-velocity when it is thrown around. This tip will have severe balance issues, but only at very low spin velocity, and since its spin velocity isn't effected by sway much at all, balance will usually not be a problem. I prefer this tip over BWD. This is definitely one of the best tips for this purpose.

Balro: wins, 2/20 (All OS)
Killerken: wins, 18/20 ( 4 OS, 2 KO, 12 OGKO)
ES win rate:

ES was pretty hard to sway
out, but it seemed to have some serious balance issues when it was thrown around. I thought it would maintain spin velocity well, due the fact that it is free-spinning, but it didn't. On the other hand, GF has so little stamina, that this may not be much of a problem. RS is definitely a better choice, but ES will work great too.
Balro Balro SP230GF vs Killerken Killerken SA165CS
Killerken launched first on all launches.
Balro: wins, 4/20 (1 KO, 1 OS, 2 OGKO)
Killerken: wins, 16/20 (1 KO, 13 OS, 1 OGKO)
CS win rate:

CS just didn't do too great compared to some of the others. It had some balance issues (not quite as bad as ES) and it didn't maintain spin velocity very well, and it just got swayed more. I don't like it very much, but you can decide for yourself.
Balro Balro SP230GF vs. Killerken Killerken SA165MS
Killerken launched first on all launches.
Balro: wins, 9/20 (1 KO, 8 OS)
Killerken: wins, 11/20 (4 KO, 7 OS)
MS win rate:

MS just had horrible balance. Since SA165 handles scraping much more effectively than other tracks, anything besides that would get trashed even worse. Killerken got 4 freak-KOs. I have no idea how it did it, but it just kept avoiding the pockets as balro slipped out from the recoil. This would also lose to anything left-spin, and probably to anything else too, since MS is known for its awful balance.
Balro Balro SP230GF vs. Killerken Killerken SA165BSF
Killerken launched first on all launches.
Balro: wins, 4/20 (All OS)
Killerken: wins, 16/20 (All OS)
BSF win rate:

BSF did pretty amazing. However, unlike RS, it seemed to lose a truckload of spin-velocity when swayed, making it pretty easy to knock off-balance and OS compared to BWD or RS.
Balro Balro SP230GF vs Killerken Killerken SA165TB
Killerken launched first on all launches.

Killerken: wins, 16/20 (1 KO, 4 OS, 11 OGKO)

This thing did pretty well, as far as maintaining spin-velocity and balance, but it was kinda swayed a little bit easier than the others. I still like it a lot, though. Againg, you can decide for yourself. I prefer this over ES, SB, BWD, BSF, or CS.
Balro Balro SP230GF vs Killerken Killerken SA165SB
Killerken launched first on all launches.
Balro: wins, 4/20 (3 KO, 1 OS)
Killerken: wins, 16/20 (2 KO, 7 OS, 7 OGKO)
SB win rate:

This simply had bad balance. For some reason, when I use SB, the two beys just seem to slam into each other more. I don't know why, but they just did.
SB is at an extreme disadvantage at that point. Regardless, it is almost impossible to sway. Balance and low traction are its only real problem.
Balro Balro SP230GF vs. Killerken Killerken SA165MB

Killerken: wins, 20/20 (1 KO, 19 OS)

I absolutely love this thing. It is almost completely unmovable (sway-wise), has amazing balance and stamina, and maintains high spin-velocity better than any other tip I've tried.
