Before I bump an old/make a new topic, anyone here like Transformers, in general?

I've recently got out my old (huge) collection and am back into it. I have a bunch of figures from Beast Wars, Unicron Trilogy, Animated, Movie Editions, and a few from Prime/ Prime Beast Hunters.

Not going to lie- I enjoyed the Unicron Trilogy- especially Armada. Animated is my second favorite series, it does story telling the "right way". My favorite series is by far Beast Wars. The story was fantastic, not going to lie- I like the CGI- for it's time it was really good.

my favorite thing about transformers is the movies i wish they had kept Megan fox in the 3rd one though.

I've had my fair share of the toys but most are broke now.

I've watched transformers prime, the original and the one with siri. That's just all I can remember ATM.
I grew up with Transformers, though my favorite series are Prime and Animated.

Hate the movies. The new ones, that is. Transformers 1986 was awesome Smile

I'm also a big fan of the War for Cybertron/Fall of Cybertron games. It's a real shame that High Moon isn't doing the third, and that the new studio is trying it into the new movie timeline, instead of Prime like it's supposed to.
We have threads for like... Every bit of transformers media from a google, so you'd want to check if there's not already a thread for it (I'm not wading through the individual ones to check). FWIW I loved them as a kid - had a marathon of all the video store's transformers videos when I got chicken pox, even. Don't have mine any more though, every so often I consider buying some but I can never decide what to get and end up buying beyblades or guitar stuff or something else instead.

Also found this thread while searching: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-The-Good...Beast-Wars (FWIW I enjoyed beast wars more as a kid even if trukk not munky, I was a lot more interested in animals than cars and gorillas were super neato).

Not a big movie fan either- I felt personally, Dark of the Moon was the best- but I really hate some of the lines they gave to Optimus. (ie- "We'll kill them all")

Part of me is excited for Age of Extinction; but I'm not really liking that it looks like Bay made Grimlock/The DinoBots more of an "accessory" for the main characters to ride into battle on.
So Batman legit just came and visited my work place.
Come on, man. You know you need to backup awesomeness with pictures Wink

IceJJFish is looking like the next Krispy Kreme, trolling the internet into thinking he's serious.
8 hours of work, 3 hours (1 1/2 hours yesterday & today) of coaching baseball practice. 1 1/2 hours of baseball lessons for Wyatt. 1 hour of sleep in the last 24 hours. I'm going to crash now and I may not get up lol....
I realize there are masterminds here at decoding stuff, my mom lost her phone, either at a restaurant, the street, (whuh-oh) or her friends house. About 10 minutes ago, my moms phone called me, (my dads phone has caller ID) and I answered the phone, said, "Hello?" And whoever called hung up IMMEADIATELY. Was it stolen, or some odd coincidence?
That doesn't sound good to me, I would suggest calling the police and seeing if they can track it down - if it's made a phone call that recently then they may be able to do that (not sure what the laws are but if it's been stolen they should be able to track it down).

Do call the phone back, perhaps get your mother to do so and just treat it like it's lost and the person may have found it without implying they might've stolen it or whatever, so they don't worry - what the V says below is right, if they called then they may well have been debating returning it.
It is not that 'dangerous' in my opinion : someone definitely picked up your mother's cellphone and was in a mental debate about whether to give it back. They went in the contacts to try to communicate with someone and return it, but then they probably panicked when you answered.

Isn't the first thing you do when you find a phone is see the contact list, no matter what your intentions are ?
I'd turn it in to whatever store/market/restaurant lost and found bin that I happened to find it outside, but I wouldn't search through the contact list, my mom doesn't have one enabled to begin with. I find that to be a privacy invading violation. My mom did suspend that phones service, now all that phones good for is a throwing object. This is the second time this has happened...
I worked as a cashier before, and the few times we found lost phones, we ended up trying to find a 'Home' contact number to let the person know we had their phone, if they did not contact us themselves after a day. I will invade your privacy if it allows me to do something potentially good.
It doesn't really matter anymore: My moms friend found it, and now the phone is going to be clamped to my moms pocket.
Edit: Thanks for the tips!
Oh, well that's great news! I'm glad it all worked out Smile
Sweet Jesus I haven't posted here in a while haha, well I get the chance to go to Japan over the summer for only 600$! That is a steal! We have to get selected after writing a paper about what why we deserve to go and what we will study in Japan (water science) We had to write a paper on why we want to go. so here is my paper if anyone wants to read it. My Japan Paper
New York is in Los Angeles! (The severe weather way) Yesturday, was apparently the worst in my area in about 3 years, but today was (and still is) a hellish day. I already heard 5 thunder strikes, 2 heavy downpours... AND APPARENTLY, THERE'S A HURRICANE FORMING NEAR CALIFORNIA! I think that the LA Weather media overreacted, I don't think that a hurricane can come here. Excuse the all caps, but this better not be 2011 all over again. (2011 had funnel cloud, heavy rain that clogged our storm drains, the famous 11/31/11 windstorm...)
Just wondering, but how many inches of rain are you getting?
About 3 inches, about 30 minutes ago, I seen the brightest flash of lightning, and the loudest snap of thunder. We've been Thunderstruck. (AC/DC reference)

You may also say that the thunder Shoots to Thrill and Shook you All a Night Long. As for the lightning, well what can I say, it's High Voltage. Smug
But man, that sucks. Hope it calms down over there
