Hah I go to karaoke quite a lot, but I doubt it's as good as it is in Japan. =P belting a tune out is always fun, I have a knack for 'making it my own' so to speak.

Hah, believable. honestly I think I'm downright bad at singing. Not tear your ears off bad, but bad enough to want the mic back hah. Doesn't stop me though.

The Dollar-Yen rate sucks now. It's around $1 to about 80 yen now, which means beys are going to be expensive. I remember about 3 years ago, the yen rate was about 150 yen to a dollar.

Luckily I have a 10,000 yen bill (from a science fair), and if the rate goes low enough, I can get richer. Grin

I seriously cannot get over how terrible a Gundam series SEED was.

Kira Yamato is the biggest tool in the entire Gundam-verse.
I saw another thread on another forum asking who's a better pilot, Heero or Kira?

First off, Kira isn't that great a pilot, he's just a genius coordinator so piloting is easy for him. Kind of how Amuro was at first.

Athrun is the best pilot in SEED easily. Never been beaten in SEED mode, which Kira has, by whiny carp Shinn Asuka.

It's also Kira's fault that the most interesting character in all of Destiny was killed within the same episode he debuted.

CARP KIRA!

Heero on the other hand, is just a badass, not a great pilot, a badass. Zechs, Trowa, and Quatre are all better pilots when it comes to the mobile suit controlling.

But Wing sucks too. (yeah, I like HEAVYARMS, so what!)

Universal Century is where it's at. Zeta is the best series hands down, easily, period.
Unicorn is nuts too!

For everyone who doesn't know what Laplace's Box is.... It turns the whole Universal Century upside-down. seriously. CARPING INSANE

I seriously despise the Cosmic Era so much.

Future Century, Correct Century, After War, and Anno Domini are all great universes.

Im a seed fanboy but i agree kira yamato is carp in destiny, in seed however he is an intresting charather. Not exactly an amazing pilot untill towards the end though.

Shinn asuka is probley one of the better pilots in seed destiny espically in close range combat it was a shame how people didnt take to him and the writing staff did not favor the charather, his style of piloting was very cool to watch. Over all destiny is decent the ending was rushed imo up till ep 25 or something is pretty good but moves quite slow which is probley why people didnt take to the newer charathers so much. I dont agree shinn was that whinny to me he came off as crazy mofo to me hah which is why i liked him.

hah i find it funny how so many people had CE it realy isnt that bad it got alot of people intrested in gundam and watch the older stuff knowing it was inspired by the UC time line. Its a decent series in its own right but thats just my opion and i can understand yours

Which is another thing that made me mad. We have a whole episode dedicated to Meer (who is the most annoying character ever) And yet, we only have a still shot to explain how Mu became Neo.

Hmph,Kira Yamato was an ok character in SEED, in Destiny he just randomely comes out of knowhere and hijacks the Destiny plot,which angers me as Shinn Asuka was the main character until Kira comes and takes Shinns title,also ATHRUN ZALA FTW,hes the only main character in Seed and Destiny to keep his main personality, and Infinite Justice is awesome.
Gundam Wing was an ok series,if only Duo Maxwell was main character

i agree with that, mu la flaga was amazing in a windom standing up to MS more advanced then his. Also charather wise he was probley my favorite he came of as arrogant early on but as time go on you see what a lovely person he is lol.

yeah meer i didnt understand that what so ever meer was a side charather who didnt realy make much of an impact it was just done to gain the charather sympoty which could have been done better within half an episode like nicol in seed.

I also didnt like how they brought back mu and it took him so long to actully rember then didnt see much of him throughout the rest of the series in destiny. What i would have loved to see was more of mu and murrues life at the end of the series also him and kira having a good talk at the end would have been a nice scene since through out seed he was pretty much a father figure to kira

I disagree with likeing athrun because he switches sides so many carp times its so annouying. But yeah kira hijacking the plot was done because the writers like that charather more they were kira yamato fan girls i think lulz.

Duo Maxwell is easily one of the best pilots in a gundam series imo death scythe would be a diffcult MS to use well and he pulls it off.

I'm not even sure what side to choose! I guess that I'd say that Mu was the best pilot, as well as the Zero (Megaman X) of the Gundam series. Not only does he use every mobile weapon that he ever used to be a badass at some point or another, but he just never dies! Kira, in Destiny, pissed me off, since he does randomly drop in to steal the show. Glad that he got BRUTALLY DESTROYED by Shinn that once. He deserved it.

And Meer is basically Flay, but MUCH less annoying. At least her (Meer) episode had an epic gunfight!
