All Hasbro and Takara Tomy Burst Beys are allowed excluding Hasbro's RipFire and RC tips.
Ok guys. We have officially hit 8 registered bladers for the event after 1 day! This mean’s we’ve already met the minimum requirement to have this be a ranked tournament (provided everyone shows). Hopefully we’ll have the full 16 participants signed up by Jan 25th.

The tournament was recently expanded from 16 to 24, so there are now open spots again, if you decide you’d like to attend.
Alright everyone, we’ve hit our 24 player cap. Look forward to seeing you all next month. Hopefully you stocked up on new beys during the holidays.

There is no age limit. All ages can play!

No age limit. As long as the person can launch a Beyblade they are good to go. My kids are 7 & 9 and will be participating.
My son is playing, wants to know if both Hasbro and Takara Tomy are allowed??

Hello, this is WBO Burst Standard, so Hasbro and Takara Tomy are both allowed.  You cannot mix parts (except discs) however.
I just learned about this and I’m so excited! My son and Nephew are huge fans! Are the spots for the Plantation, FL tournament filled? Can they attend? Ages 8 and 9

Hey JJ, this event is full but they are welcome to come watch & participate in free-play battle. Keep a look out on WBO as I will likely be holding another event in Plantation in February.

I just wanted to let all registered participants know there was a small glitch on the WBO website but the tournament is STILL ON AS PLANNED. I have a saved list of registrants on Challenge so no one will have to worry about losing their spot. I look forward to see you all on the 25th at 11:30am as planned!
We're sorry about the technical glitches. Folks, if you don't see yourselves registered in some way under the following bracket,
https://worldbeyblade.challonge.com/u0z2...rticipants
that means you're not registered for the tournament. If you have to withdraw, please let SupaDav03 know so he can remove you, and then he can start adding in people from the waitlist, which, I assume he is collecting.

This tournament should go on as scheduled and be processed as scheduled and on behalf of the WBO staff we are sorry about any inconvenience this poses.

But most importantly we all hope you have fun at the tournament.
The participant list has been restored to the thread now.

As DeceasedCrab rightfully says above, this was an internal system issue and we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time! Unhappy
Please let me know if you decide to raise the cap!
Is there by chance a waitlist should registered people “no show”?
(Jan. 18, 2020  6:22 PM)GuardianAngel Wrote: Please let me know if you decide to raise the cap!

Since this is my 1st event, I don’t have the ability to raise the cap past 24. I will likely be hosting another event in February. Doing my best to try and organize a tournament each month. I have added you to the waitlist in case any registered participants need to drop out.

BurstCity_kid I have added you to the waitlist as well.

Right now the waitlist is about 8 people deep.
Just a reminder since the event is right around the corner. It’s outside in the FL sun. While there will be a pavilion, most of it will be taken up for tournament use. Please make sure to bring plenty to drink, a snack or lunch (tournament will be a few hours) and maybe lawn chairs/picnic blankets for your comfort.

Looks forward to seeing you all this weekend!
