Standard conditions, rf’s are prime, or just a little bit before prime[/b], rs new to slightly worn, cs rubber very worn, but still a little aggressive at start, and if hit. All launched at 100%. WD's near mint, relatively little movement.
My Libra is the Newest mold, from BB-96
KO=Knock Out
OS= Out Spin
DOS=OS by destabilising, (only where obvious).
Draws re-done, self-ko's redone. I used Eagle (it’s Hasbro) on Vulcan to expose maximum metal for increased smash (though methinks Gemios would be better).

Yeah, worse than with a metal face. To be honest, that’s not really statistically significant, that one win with the metal face was pure luck (1 win = 10%, of course, which makes it look significant). RS nerfs Libra offensively, basically.

MF-H Earth Aquario (Both Hasbro) GB145RS* Accidentally had an MF on Libra here.

VS
MF Gravity Perseus (Reshuffle ATK Ver) R145RF (Left Spin, Counter Mode)
Draws were not repeated, as I would be here forever, left spin used as right spin just doesn’t work here.
I did 20 rounds instead, and will do analysis with and without the draws.
NOTE: In testing, draws didn't occur as often, but honestly, while practicing, it was a lot more like rounds 13-17, so yeah.
Both Combos Launched as hard as I possibly could (as in, my poor shoulder), to give Perseus some chance. Draws weren’t counted in the final results/percentages, but are in the detailed results.
Perseus: 6/13 4 OS, 2 KO
Libra: 7/13 6 OS, 1KO
7 Draws.
Libra win rate: 53.8%*
*I honestly don’t think this is right, normally, there are loads of draws, and in a tournament situation, it’d be more likely that the Perseus user would mess up a sliding launch and lose. There ARE normally more draws, so even if that 53.8% figure is right, it means that it’s really only chance outspins either way.
Detailed Results and Notes (
PLEASE READ THESE, Especially the notes, I know they’re longwinded and rambling, but they are far more representative of the battles than the plain results. I’m honestly shocked at libra’s poorer performance, so I don’t know if I can trust my results)

This is really unusual, when practicing, I had far more draws and libra OS’s…
Practically every match is either extremely close or a draw (there are NO huge outspins), I included the full results so you can see how it really went (including the fact there are rounds where the difference between winning and a draw is the Judge). Libra is a dead weight, and Perseus isn’t efficient enough as a spin stealer to reliably outspin it.
It’s generally like blading against a brick, it will NOT move.
There were 3 KO’s. I’ll be honest, this is not normal from what I’ve seen, basically, in the round where gravity KO’d Libra, it was lucky enough to have the wall behind it. In the round where libra KO’d Gravity, it wasn’t saved by a wall, and Libra stayed on the thunder ridge. In Italy (or if you’re Bluezee), I’d think given the apparently stronger launches that you’d have some chance of KO’s, but as long as your against someone launching the same, I really don’t think it’s 50/50 at best. In round 18, Gravity smashed it out of a stadium. I didn’t launch Perseus quite right, so it didn’t flower properly, but it hit libra out of the centre once, and then swung around the stadium and smashed it right out. Maybe the extra momentum helped, but yeah, it’s not common, and I honestly think it’s just luck.
I used left spin, because think of it this way, would you rather try to derail a train by pushing against it, or nudging it in the direction it’s going? In the latter case, you could make it marginally faster, and that small additional force could make it derail itself, in the other case, you will get run over by a train, and die. This is exactly what happens Perseus @ 145 if you put it in right spin, it hits libra, and loses a ridiculous amount of spin.
It’s a similar concept to that used in Martial Arts, you deflect the blow, and then use your opponents momentum against them (they punch, you deflect, and can swing them into an arm lock, throw them (or whatever is normal for the martial art). You don’t just try and block the punch with your hands if you can deflect the energy.

Well, I'm not super surprised, as perseus is a heavy, powerful left spin blade, and CS just couldn't take it.

Vulcan sliding shoot, Libra Straight, CS went into attack for a short time at the start of most rounds, before settling.
Vulcan: 1/10, KO
Libra: 9/10, 8 OS, 1KO

Well, it’s a 230 defence blade versus a 85 track, right spin attack, no surprises here.
V Stamina
Vs Burn Aquario AD145WD
(Aquario Hasbro, Burn Mold 2, WD Mint, my Bull wheel is too loose, and my Aquario seems to have a slightly better solo spin time, so yeah.)
Aquario shot first for the first 5, second for the next (would have alternated, but only thought about it half way through) both straight shots .
Aquario:4/10 3 OS, 1KO
Libra: 6/10, 4 OS, 2 KO
Libra Win Rate: 60%
Two of those draws took place at round 5, and when I started launching Libra first in round 6, it dominated, caused Aquario to tilt, and WD couldn't recover. Even when libra looked to be losing, it managed to stay stable long enough.

Libra was surprising hard to KO (given it was using WD), but other times it flew out of the stadium. I suspect this is due to the respective orientations of R145 and Gravity (I have to test this some time)

Holy Recoil Batman! Vulcan often had too much recoil for it's own good, and I'm surprised libra didn't win more. Maybe Bull would've been better on vulcan, or 85 may have improved things for it. Also, two of vulcans wins were due to it tipping libra up, which then spun out of the stadium... Just something to ponder.
