Need-to-Know Information

1. During Registration, Open Your Account Page

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.

2. Arrive On Time

You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.

3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings

We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!

4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours

This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!

5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called

Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!

6. Players Must Meet Regional Product Age Restrictions

All players in this event must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.

9. Terms of Service

All event attendees and users of this website are subject to our Terms of Service.

Lol what? Im sure event was there and there is some misunderstanding. Did you tried contact Host through Private Message, when you reached venue?

Ronit, see thats why I was telling to keep your phone no. or other contact details so new people who aren't familar WBO can contact you. Same thing happened before (BeyDay FIRESTORM) due to those people wasnt able to contact me and wasn't able find event then all that chaos happened.
Well, the previous event had more than enough video evidence: we are even waiting on ronitnath to cut down some scenes in order to get a much shorter video hah.

As FIREFIRE CPB mentioned, it must be a misunderstanding. Did you arrive late, Hanzalah? If you had never posted in this topic to let the host know that you would be attending, then perhaps he and the group of attendants left to another venue once he saw that everybody who had committed to coming was already there. This is why it is important to RSVP in the official tournament topic before just showing up at an event.

However, it is really not advisable to post your phone number publicly, unlike what FIREFIRE CPB mentioned, if only for the SPAM calls you could get. Remember that the World Beyblade Organization is viewable by even non-registered Members, so anybody in the whole world could see that information.

thanks

Hi Hanzalah,
I am the one who hosted this tournament. First of all I don't know where are you from, and to come in the kolkata tournament you had to post in the tournament thread or you could have sent a pm to me here. You did none of it. Before you claim something is false, here are some pics only for you. Moreover, the place is more than 3 KMs long, so exactly where did you went to search us? Why didn't you contacted me before coming to the tournament? So before you state anything like that, beware, it could be used against you.
For next tournaments, kindly keep an eye and don't forget to private meassage me here. Thank you.

Oh yeah thats correct. Even I got SPAM calls 2-3 times. Sorry for giving incorrect advise

Well I still think there must be someother way for participents to contact Host as many people aren't familer with posting or PM system of WBO.
This tournament is completely processed. Thank you for every participant's patience up until now hha.
