Ok. I'd be interested.

Its small and it was $30. It looks like a dog and has four adjustable legs. It's not good in terms of size, and you would have to be like 200 IQ to get it to be taller. Other than that's it is in perfect condition.
My son is 8 and very excited for his first tournament. Is there anything in particular I should know about it? Any tips?

Yes, we are using one of the more complex, but better formats in this particular tournaments. It is called Swiss Format. Since your son is 8 years old, you would have to tell him everything. (you prob know this already but still) Make sure your/your son's items are in reach/sight. Your son can use other people's beyblade only if they allow him to do so. That's just some things I know, if you need anything else just PM me and i will reply asap.
Each battle in the first stage is a "first to 3 points wins" match. Your son will likely play 5 or 6 matches against opponents with similar win records during the tournament. Your son will get to play at least 5 times, so don't go home if they don't win right away. If they are in the top 8 out of all participants after their matches, they will get to go to the finals single elimination bracket, where the matches are "first to 5 points wins", KOs are worth an extra point, and bursts remain worth 2 points (like they are in the initial 5-6 matches).

In first stage matches, you select one bey in secret, and use that. Anyone in the finals will need to set up 3 beys in secret per match instead of 1, with non-repeating parts.

Study the official rulebook if you want. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kg58...hsZYE/edit

Make Sure To Make A WBO Account For Your Son If This Isn't His Account Already

I’m sure many players would much rather play 6 round Swiss. Wink

I hate this idea. I'm very opposed to double elimination. It means a lot of people will go home early and unhappy, or not attend at all. Most bladers won't even realize you're using double elimination until it's over for them.

Please don't choose double elimination.
Hey Xeno, I was wondering if I can be a judge at the tournament. I have a lot of experience with being a judge, but not in WBO tournaments tho.

Does anybody have an extra tri pod i can use/buy
I will be selling a Blue Sword Launcher for $25 at the tournament. PM me if you are interested.
Is it digital sword launcher

If you want to judge arrive a hour early to go over rules and how the tournament will run

There have been some problems with judges call in the past

Thank you so much for sharing all the info about what I need to know for my son. He is so excited! Got some new beyblades and even invited a friend to join. I'm going to see how to switch the account to his name, so if you don't hear back from this account, I was successful Smile Thanks again! See you next weekend!
How to switch the account to his name:
You can't. Open a new one specifically for your son.
Darn! I wish I could come! It's 2 hours from where I live. Unhappy
