What is the strongest version of Leon beys ( not one in the store*)?

What is the rarest, also?

Huh? You mean likea Leone custom bey? It depends.
Rares would be like the WBBA Purple and Green ver. Fang Leone, Hong Kong Rev-Up set Fang Leone, and maybe the DS Counter Leone?

Is orion ( energy ring ) only powerful if its hyper/jap version? I had hasbro metal fury non hyper phantom orion and when I tried it with top tier attack combos, the combos were more powerful with a pegasus ( 1 ) Energy ring.... I must know because i was soon to buy it for that reason alone.

Well they're all the same, just different recolours.

And no, the Orion energy ring is the same for all Brands and types.

Yeah, but if you think is less possible (not impossible) to use it in a stadium that wobbles and when it make more difficult to stabilize, also I think it would scrape SO badly...

Yeah, I know, but who knows, it could slightly have some potential!

Especially if it was Heavy, it could Sway Attack lots of Lighter Beys.

If you want to try, try M145CF/GCF, I think Inner Mode would be better for this

Wolborg MS. Don't know how many times that has been said. Anyways, WBMS kills in Tornado Balance/Attack. Though if using TB Type S, you will lose with it.

What fusion/4-D wheel has the least amount of recoil? I checked the Wiki and I'm still not sure.

Basalt, Earth, Duo (?), and Phantom I would say. Of course Phantom and Duo would have to be in the right modes. I may be wrong for leaving something out so correct me anyone if need be.

Duo, Earth and IMO Death, Basalt has a lot of recoil do to the "staircase" in it.

Is it legal that launch blades in the opposite direction and how do i stop my l-spin launcher from making this crazy scrape noise when i launch with speed or power

And yt152430 The only beys that can legally spin pro/retrograde Are Variares and Gravity Perseus. Buy I can't answer the other one.

IF bey is dual spin it is legal
But if it's like Storm Pegasus which is Right spin and you spin it with left launcher it is illegal
What about ldrago ? IT Is legal to spin it left but illegal if you spin right
As for your second question It's wearing out laucher does get worn

For your launcher, unscrew the actual part the bey is on, then you will reach a white, grey, or black "8" looking thing, replace that part, that should help.
