Wakiya is the oldest rival.
Wakiya may be older and more popular. But Phi is ranked higher, stronger, and most of all, the only legend who used to be a villain to the blading world now a good guy who I feel would get more positive comments from an upgrade. Making this Phoenix is also like a middle ground between Wvyron and Genesis in terms of mechanics. I feel a Surge Phoenix would be a better pick than a Surge Wvyron but whatever it is, I’ll accept it
