I think that’s the whole point. This is the image that Wakiya would be advertised with(this includes hyping up merchandise). We haven’t gotten any promotional images for any other characters and were already approaching the 3rd quarter of the season. Since this is his main ad image, it’s almost impossible to debunk this being even the slightest evidence that Wvyron is in fact this booster. Plus he’s basically pulling what Kit pulled in Turbo (returning (with a bey) extremely late in a season with his bey being one of the final products for the season)
Now ok this is where the play comes in. Even if it turns out to be Wyvern most likely Wakiya will not own it.

In Superking season there are a lot of characters returning from first season, it will happen the same to Wakiya for sure.
I got a feeling why they might not have done Phoenix and Genesis maybe because the fact these beys are good and other beys like Tempest Wyvern need a actual evolution

I don’t think that’s the case. Wakiya is more popular among the 3 AND has a bey who’s gimmick is easier to upgrade

It is true that Wyvern will probably be evolved, but it will 99% not be in the anime, but probably in the manga.
Why would Wakiya own Wyvern in the manga?

Well the thing is, Wyvern has just as good a chance as Phoenix or Genesis. We know it has to be one of those three since it’s a legend bey. Yes, Lucifer the end has a free spin gimmick but it’s located on a sub ring of the limit break base/ring whereas a Wyvern bey would have a free super ring. Additionally Deathscyther doesn’t seem to be retaining its past gimmick so maybe the same can be said for Wyvern. Also, you gotta admit, those are some fire shirts.

It has less of a chance actually due to Wakiya already having a large non blading role. Also, what about that Doomscizor sihhloute screamed "I don't have double strike"
