Makes sense. Wakiya hasn't really bladed much from what we know and I bet Kumicho has personal connections to Wakiya so he would know him beyond what the viewer would know.
Also if it was wyvern Wakiya would have battled along time ago

But wouldn’t the owner need to appear on the season and box since normal booster has always had a blader on it as they appear in the anime always? Phi or Gwyn would have to come like any episode now. Even though Wakiya is a commissioner, Shu owned the Raging Bulls yet he still blades. Wakiya has been the anime for not long. He could easily pull up Wvyron for training. As I said, boosters have never been manga exclusive

since this is a booster, i have a question :
Do boosters always feature a character in the show?
has there ever been a booster with no character or with a character not in the show?
wyvern would be interesting, but perhaps another free spinning gimmick is one too many within Superking.
it makes sense it would be Wyvern, since Wakiya is back in the anime (even as director and not a competitor....whose to say he wont jump from the director's chair and challenge someone to test them or something?)
Phoenix would be great...perhaps with armor that can retroactively fit the older Phoenix beys. and vice versa? Perfect Phoenix is still pretty useful even against Superkings....maybe Dead Phoenix armor will work on this Superking to make a Superking Perfect Phoenix, or this Superking's armor works on Revive Phoneix to make something else....having 3 different Phoenix armors that work on the 3 different Phoenix beys would open up allot of customizability.
although if this booster were to be phoenix, im assuming we would be seeing Phi within the next couple episondes?

Actually it failed in Japan when sales for Zero-g slumped. That’s why they cancelled the remaining two products in the line. If it fails in Japan then it’s done everywhere else.
