Who knows maybe the manga will surprise us 🤷♂️ It’s also possible that it will a case similar to the new Deathscyther where it will neither appear in the manga or anime.

He probably has retired, but he could still train both Hikaru and Hyuga with the new Wyvern in the manga (and possibly the anime, if they do another training episode with Wakiya and the brothers).
I don’t get why people are so happy if it comes in the manga or the anime. WE HAVE GOTTEN 2 BEYS ALREADY THAT DIDN’T COME IN THE ANIME and the manga is bad for me the only thing is art but I don’t get why people think it’s better than the anime. Hopefully this Wyvern is in the anime or it’s the third waster of time in the releases and the second waste of time in a row. Getting another deathscyther was good though.
We get a Bey who was not in the anime : Abyss and Death Diabolos. It probably be the same thing with Wyvern. Wakiya is now the new President of the wbba. so I'm pretty sure than he is retired.

The new volume of the manga, the story of Hikaru and Hyuga will be released soon in store so I'm so happy, I'll buy the new manga.

You have a point yes, this may not be a random booster release but I wouldn’t be too certain that it’s an anime release just because it’s a booster. They have already broken so many existing release rules and trends as well as created a bunch of new ones (such as manga exclusive rb beys) this season so it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that this being a manga exclusive bey is a possibility.

I knew this booster is probably gonna be Wyvern. Oh well, even though probably this is gonna be another free spinning gimmick-based bey, I do hope it has an interesting gimmick like adding some kind of flair in it. I also do hope they give it a new chassis, 3D chassis and I believe TT will because 4 out of top 5 popular Beyblade Burst characters' sparking beys have their own chassis (1st. Shu/World Spriggan - 2B chassis; 2nd. Free/Mirage Fafnir - 2S chassis; 3rd. Valt/Brave Valkyrie - 2A chassis and then 5th popular Daina/Hollow Deathscyther will be having 4A chassis , which is a new attack single chassis). This is just what I believe though...

It's a possibility, but I doubt that they would break the trend right here. The manga exclusive beys have only been Random Boosters so far and all of the Boosters from the main line have all appeared in the anime (minus Single Layer Boosters), so I think it's still possible for the new Wyvern to appear in the anime.
Plus, what other bey are they supposed to advertise this late into the anime? Usually in the Burst seasons, a new bey gets introduced around the 41st episode per season. They introduced Jail Jormungand, Twin Nemesis, Dead Phoenix and Bigbang γenesis all in the 41st episodes of each season, and since it's not limited to the main antagonists only (since Lucifer The End has already been introduced), this leaves a spot for at least one bey to be introduced from episode 41 to beyond. It's either this Booster, or the other one (B-179 one) that gets introduced a bit later in the anime.
tl;dr - It's my case on why I still think this Wyvern has a possibility of appearing in the anime.

I mean with other beys that maintained their gimmicks from their predecessors, there's at least some sort of upgrade to them besides simply being on the Sparking System, even if they're tiny "improvements". I mean Glide Ragnaruk has one more wing than both Blaze and Crash Ragnaruk for extra centrifugal force, Curse Satan has two more rollers surrounding it than Kreis Satan, Mirage Fafnir has more rubber surrounding it than Drain Fafnir (I think the rubber on Mirage is softer, but I could be wrong), World Spriggan has more than just dual spin (the burst stoppers, and the complete mode change from changing spin directions) and Infinite Achilles has one more customisable ring than Union Achilles.
Obviously, it could just have a completely different gimmick from its predecessor like Death/Abyss Diabolos and Hollow Deathscyther, but let's say they did keep Wyvern's gimmick the same. What would they do to improve on Wyvern's free-spinning gimmick? Make the free-spinning blade 9-sided (instead of 8-sided like tW)? Have the free-spinning gimmick be smoother, using smoother material? Who knows, though they could very well just keep it the same.
I hope it's something else like kerebus maybe? They did wyvern dirty in choz and gt.

Death and Abyss Diabolos were pretty much the same gimmick as venom/erase and even almost the same as master if you think about it, dual spin with design change if you reduce it to the basic idea. They could perhaps find a different way to “improve” the gimmick kind of like how they enhanced Longinus by allowing it line up perfectly with its chassis or how they enhanced Dragon by making the awakening temporary. I think this Wyvern will either be enhanced the same way as Longinus with some type of free spin chassis gimmick effectively making the bey impossible to properly grip on to or with some sort of ring upgrade as you said.
