Um hey guys: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-MFB-Stan...pid1140701

I wasn't, uh... what you would call the most thorough-thinking user back in August, so I actually did all the testing at a TH170 height (not ideal for most Stamina matches). That said, the results are still pretty darn impressive (again, 195/220 both probably could've done better - Genbull's behavior at different heights hasn't been investigated much that I can remember, but 170 is historically inferior to 195/220 in most matchups with other wheels, so it's probably a safe bet that 195 will most likely work just as well, if not better (especially as the custom has been tested formally by multiple members on SR200, and IIRC Ingulit got great informal results with Genbull Genbull TH195TB, so yah; I'm pretty confident (I have informally tested it myself before as well - very brief, but from what I could see it wasn't much different from the SR200 variant at all))).

Anyway, Genbull Genbull TH170TB does have confirmed test results (not at the ideal height(s), but still).

Genbull works fine on Dragooon SA165. I haven't ever noticed any recoil trouble (especially as SA165's shape shields its underside), and its Stamina/balance is quite exceptional among competitive "sub-Dragooon" wheels.

Won't SA165 cover up Flash's contact points? Also, you will need tests.

Genbull is too thin for Dragooon BD145/SA165RDF.

Everything else, I agree with you.

SA165 is already established as a worthwhile offensive track for its weight distribution and decent height in the current meta, and no, the height difference means it doesn't get in the way at all, I'm not sure why you'd even ask that - or think I wouldn't consider it in the first place...
[Huge quote removed.]

if i dont have cancer/cygnus/hades will bull work?
Whoa, don't quote big posts.
Also, questions like that belong in Build Me A Combo, here: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Build-me-a-combo-2
List what clear wheels you have and state the combo you want to use it for and you should get the help you need.

Anyway, seeing as Kei is on holiday and no one else seems to be responding in the advanced forum, I think I'll write up a new draft list based on the discussion here, with annotations and short summary of all the main things that have been debated over here in particular about inclusions. If you guys have anything to add, it'd be good to post relatively soon.

Also as a result of this and other factors indicating Kei in particular wants to take a slower, more thorough approach to this update, odds are I will include the SA165 orientation thing on Dragooon EWD customs, as it's blatantly superior for their primary function. Got mixed results on Duo (which makes some sense theoretically) so will leave it out of that, especially as Duo serves as a same-spin stamina custom anyway.

Also, : Does that thing about Genbull include Dragooon SA165/BD145 RDF? Want to know if it should/shouldn't be included there. Also, could use a bit of explanation of when/when not to use Girago on a dragooon custom as it seems like there's some conditions there, but I don't have one and want to check some stuff related to this.
Genbull works beautifully on Dragooon BD145/SA165 RDF, yah.

Girago really works on pretty much everything. It's insanely great, my favorite wheel to use with Dragooon on most customs.

Super simple answers, yah, but I'm rushing to finish some math/biology stuff here and I just logged on to check who won the NY qualifier the yesterday, haha.
Girago is probably my favorite on Dragooon, it can take hits and dish them out with the right launch ^-^
My Girago doesn't KO on a non RF setup. How do you make it do that?
Hey guys, um I hope I'm on the right page to reply, if not i'm sorry i'm new, anyway, I got a Combo for everyone that has the parts, Dark Virgo SW145 (Defense mode) SD, this combo works pretty well against attack types. It's beat my Spiral Pegasus about 5 times in a row.
Well both of your combos are definetly not top tier and you'll need tests. Are these in BB-10?
Bank yo, also, have a strong launch. Your Girago might be super worn also, it becomes a little harder at that point
Another good Combo good in the Blazing Dojo Stadium is Spiral Pegasus LW105 SF I just held a tournament with my beyblades and it came in second, My Dark Virgo SW145(Defense Mode) SD came in first. I posted the tournament on youtube on my channel ohyournotgonnabeliev, I put the whole tournament in a playlist.

Every claim posted in the Beyblade Customizations forum must be backed by actual valid test results, done in a legal BeyStadium (the BeyStadium Attack Type for all formats except Zero-G) and against top-tier combinations. You cannot suggest customizations that you have not proven outside of this topic yet.
Are there tests of why RSF on Duo isn't as good?
I know i'm really annoying with M145, but i finally tested it in TT Attack type beystadium and i found the ultimate combo ; Duo Gil M145SF
- TT's Gil, (unbalance the beyblade and change the center of gravity)
- TT's Duo, (attack mode, also change the center of gravity)
- Hasbro's M145 (outer mode 2, make the beyblade bounce)
- Hasbro's SF
SF give 10 more seconds to the beyblade with M145 and make it bounce vigourously and much than Q. It's all about center of gravity of the beyblade.
You have to post tests done in a BB-10 attack stadium to back up your claim that the untested beyblade you suggested is good enough to be on the tier list.

I tested it in a BB-10 ... XD

Allright, thx. Stupid
Pretty sure that's the wrong thread Tongue_out
That's about the testing format, not for actually posting results. Maybe use the M145 discussion, if there is one?
It shows how too post them and what the standard procedure was, so I thought it was appropriate to give him that one.

He should also take a look at the current competitive customs to make sure he's testing against the right combos Tongue_out
Oh, whoops, somehow misread that as "post them here" lol, sorry XD
Just wondered, how about trying SA165 on Phantom?
Because Duo outperforms it by quite a bit.
Yeah but it does well against other top tier custom other than Duo SA165WD.
