Hey all, professional noob blader here. I enjoyed participating in the fighting of exploding spinning tops while pretending I know how inertia works. I will generally partake in gatherings of people with a similar interest of these rotating objects around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). My favourite combos are essentially anything purple, gold, and sometimes a nice purl white. I don’t know how to make a cool banner so who those who actually know how this site works please feel free to message me about how I should know how to at this point lol.

Cincinnati-based Organizer, and owner of every single currently released TT Burst bey part in at least one color. Hard to think of anything I don't have from MFB either...

Bearing and Drift can lose to random stuff in same spin tbh, I've even come close with survive, so gyro doing it isn't monumentally shocking if it was same spin with a particularly strong launch.

True this, I lost to SupaDav03's WAVE' randomly with my OP Bearing. My bearing is scarier than normal, it will tie with literally anything. It outspins drifts LAD most of the time.

Honestly that isn’t super surprising, a friend of mine just got his first couple dB beys and I recommended the combo vanish Fafnir tapered wave-3 to him out of his parts, and with 2 losses before I told him he went 3-2. And most of his opponents were left bearing or zone’+z.

Yeah wave is super underrated, I enjoy using it in limited more than standard though. Cause in standard you never know when your opponent will be opposite spin on a LAD setup. In limited that’s true as well, just less likely from what I’ve seen.

That’s why I think the rule should just go for now, we wait, then we enlist the rule back but with a list of drivers that are not going to be allowed in stuff like Deck or P3C1 rather than a blanket ban

Oh right, I forgot it had taken effect for this event already! Silly of me! Yeah, it would have been nice to have that data, but oh well. But I think it's telling how you had to actually run a set of combos less capable of knocking out Dr and Br' due to the rule. That's something to note in and of itself.
