WBO Random Thoughts

I have ones like burning kerberous, l-drago and gravity perseus. If I want to go to a tournament do you guys think that I would have to upgrade to the newer beyblades? And if so what are 2 or 3 well rounded beyblades I could buy (takara only pls).

That belongs in the purchase consultation.
Gravity is banned in limited and not super competitive anywheres else, Burning kerborous is a plastic (Don't know ifs it super competitive stock)and I assume you mean the metal system Ldrago 105F which isn't to competitive.
Limited: i'd get the BB96 set (which you could make MF-H Libra 85RF and MF-L Burn cancer 85WD with just parts from that set.)
Standard: I'd get one of the zero g DX sets or the UDXS (You can Make Duo Pegasus 230MB)
Zero-G: I'd get the Air synchrome 2-pack and bandit Genbu (you can make Genbull Dragooon SA165TB.)
UDXS is awfully outclassed now though... back pre-ZG I would recommend it in a heartbeat, but LDG and Wing are pretty much worthless; even the good parts (e.g. Duo, MB) aren't really worth the $40+. Get a couple Def/Stam ZG sets and the Hasbro Air Synchrome Pack and you should be pretty well off, though you may need to stock up on rubber tips a bit.

EDIT: Actually, get the Def/Stam sets, Air Synchrome, and a BB96, which has some excellent parts that you will need, such as WD, D, and RF. Metal Faces are always nice, too, but MSFs are more useful now, given the prominence of Synchroms.

EDIT2: Sorry for posting about off-topic stuff, my bad.
It also comes with an LR Launcher,MF customs and S130 and LRF which are all also good Wink

Also, am the only that gets annoyed when ppl keep putting to large Sigs up? They keep getting taken down...
i honestly want to get a string launcher and a proper grip
This thread is for random thoughts about the WBO.
So uh, this post is about my thankfulness to the WBO and its members. This is overdue.

The day I joined was amazing, so many cool threads to post on and attempt to sound like a bey mastermind like Th!nk, Ingulit etc. when I was on the newbie side myself (*Sigh* I tried to make a valid argument on why basalt should still be top tier, gave people bad combos in the build me a combo thread, said WD had decent defence etc.) . By a month or two i had a thousand posts, which takes some members a year to full fill, but not all my posts were all that good and got me a %40 warning level. But, TBH, I didn't even realize I was spamming... A mod had to give me a warning for me to figure it out, even though multiple members told me. I used to get really mad and made myself sound stupider after people tried to help me and explain why the combos were bad, I tended to dislike those people, but now I am thankful to them. Then I started to listen more and stop trying to teach people, this is how i became experienced. Now, I've been here for half a year and have got almost 3,000 posts, but I can gladly say that the majority of them are good (Hence my antique face I recently aquired.). Now I can actually help people rather than go tell the use horrible combos.

So yeah, thankies gaiz and this is kinda also a note to all the new people here, don't be like I used too; just listen to people's advice, read the rules and most most importantly; Understand them.
In Math, we had to make a project on a box (for consumers, like products) so I did mine on Beyblade-

My teacher asks me if I play, I said yes, he began to tell me stories of how he plays with his cousins, etc.

Guess who's going to let him know about the site tomorrow? Possible new member(s) or even event attendees?

I'm famous on the WBO!

Yo I don't think there's anything good about being remembered for that, but hey, odds are Ingulit, Scythe 85RS and Duo WD are the only parts of that which will be remembered anyway.
ok,... i have 2 Months, 2 Weeks, 2 Hours, 34 Minutes, 41 Seconds as my time spent online , along with 32 referrals and 32 reported post, plus a 20% warning level
god I can't stand all the caps

it's like the site was converted to caps lock
Where? The only typing trend I've seen are hashtags, which are ten times worse than caps lock, in my opinion, haha.
It's all the GRAND BATTLE TOURNAMENT QUALIFIER 2014 NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP ANIME NORTH LIMITED threads. It does get on my nerves a bit, but events this important deserve all caps, haha.
OK, I can't hold my mouth any longer... I'm pretty sick and tired of #UpdateTheTierList as Usertitles. Honestly I believe they are making sure it's good enough to be updated. So I'd just wait. I also know they're very busy. So I'd hold your titles for awhile.

Don't mean to offened anybody, but yeah, please just wait.
I'm just trolling everyone that's doing that with my current user title, haha.
Hey so in the Rulebook (v4.0) it says that you gain the same amount of beypoints the other person loses, since that isn't true anymore, shouldn't it be changed?

I have indeed worked on newer versions of both the Rulebooks and the Event Guide, but they still need the approval/comments of the rest of the Committee.
I'm guessing this would go here, since it is random, haha.

Should I go to Grand Battle Prelude, or Grand Battle Encore, in May?

It really depends on which formats you like best.

Also, Dark_Mousy's avatar is so hilarious and true

Personally, HMS and Standard are my favorite formats so I would choose the Prelude.
Yo, go to both. It'll be fun.

D_M's avatar is pretty funny. I also like it .cause he looks like a sellsman, hah. I also found that the other way round for me:

"I allways use F230"
"When I do, I allways lose" Not joking.

I don't think he can, that's why he's asking.

I'll try to convince my dad for all three events, but there's a problem though. It's going to cost lots of money for parking, gas and food for the whole weekend.
I was only joking, hah. It would be cool if you could make all three, but I wouldn't push you limit. Just manage what you can.

Though, I'm agreeing with *Ginga* .
