It says in the title that is in Toronto,Ontario. It is a Anime North 2014 tournament.

hey i wonder? what format will it be this year?i hardly dought hms will be the main event, because not everybody has one but more more people have beyblades then hms, so if it is the before event i won't come, because i don't have any, and if hms is for the real event for anime north, then i will not be attending, it's too bad and also it really should not be hms or the plastics at all, that's what i'm saying

Any beyblade is allowed for tournament uses. As long as it's not fake, the tips aren't worn down too much, and if they're not from Plastic's or HMS. Sorry to go off topic.

The format hasn't been announced, but if it's regular Zero-G, that doesn't/wouldn't necessarily mean an F230 Ban.
