It's cool finding out that your parents were into similar stuff when they were younger. I've been really into tokusatsu over the past year. One day I was watching an episode of Kamen Rider and my dad started saying how it kind of reminded him of Ultraman. I was pretty shocked when I found out that my dad used to be really into Ultraman as a kid. We never watched it together, but I've considered buying the complete series and turning it on while he's around to see his reaction.

Yeah, my mom said she used to watch Ultra on TV when she was little.

I think my mom watched it as well but wasn't into it as much as my dad was. My dad has mentioned some other toku that he used to watch but I have since forgotton. He still doesn't know what toku is though.
Need more international tv channels, can't get Romania TV, guess i gotta stick with other eastern european stations.

Anyone who's into Dota 2 Betting? I'm selling my VPGame inventory. PM me if interested Smile
I am highly surprised that there was zero mention about BttF2 today here! It is literally the future!

Can't wait for the actual Self-Tying Air Mags to come out next year.

WHERE'S MY HOVERBOARD DANGIT

There was a bit of chatter here and there about it among my friends/classmates, but nothing especially out of the ordinary happened.

Everyone's still probably too stunned after the Star Wars trailer to get too excited XD

Beyblade cake. Nuff said.
(Oct. 18, 2015  1:25 PM)MissingNo. Wrote: How did I missed it ?!

Anyway, congrats Stoney ! You need a cake with ARs on it. Definitely.

That´s actually a pretty good idea! Although I wouldn´t want to risk my precious AR´s being eaten, so I´d rather make some kind of marzipan AR´s. Grin Do you think that would look good?

(Oct. 16, 2015  11:07 PM)Zed EX Wrote: Grin awesome stoney! congratulations!

Perhaps something like beyblade centerpieces or something?

You mean on the cake? Or table?

(Oct. 18, 2015  11:10 AM)Momohimi Wrote: @[~Stoney~] - Yo, congratulations. I hope you enjoy your wedding and all. Make sure your future husband makes you happy for all eternity.

You could put Beyblade motifs as icing for your cakes or something or you could make the cake look like an arena.

Great idea, but I´m afraid I´m not talented enough for that… XD But you gave me an idea: How about a beyblade arena made of ice with beyblade shaped fruits in it? Tongue_out_wink

I wish I had a good idea for how you could decorate, but sadly nothing is coming to mind at the moment, aside from just using whole Beyblades themselves as decorations. I can't wait to see what you come up with though Smile

What you need is dragons, nah I'm kidding, I think silhouettes of AR's for decoration and the host being the DJ.

Oh and if I happen to come, the guests FREE PLASTICS! (That one was a joke)

This is actually the best idea ever. I´ll see, if I can involve AR/silhouettes of them somehow, maybe also on the plants like in this awesome photo. Smile

How about free plastics for the bride? Wink

Just hope the wedding doesn't go like the one in Canterlot XD

Sorry, my German isn't very good, but for whatever reason I'm more interested in studying Spanish and Russian XD. I plan to be able to speak Indonesian, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Russian. I can already speak the first two languages, I'm studying Portuguese via Capoeira training, and the rest through online free-time study.

Vielen Dank, RDF3! Smile Dein Deutsch ist ziemlich gut. Ich habe alles verstanden. Wink

I hope you can continue your immense language studying without getting too worn out. It would definitely be amazing, if you really managed learning all those languages.

Alright, you will be awaited around next October. Wink
Story time

I wasn't at my house last night, and my sisters had friends over. When I come home today somebody that I have not really met had slept in my room with my computer and other stuff. I'm like "the hell is this", do I have the right to be mad? I know it was raining and stuff last night, but EVERYONE ELSE WENT HOME.

I feel really violated...
I'd check that room and laptop as soon as possible, you never know what could have gone on in there while you weren't in there, something could be missing n i'unno...

Just check it out when you can. Or ask your sister who they were sleepin there.

First thing I did was check my stuff.

I seen their friend, but still they didn't even ask me.

You definitely have the right to be mad. They could at least have asked you. But just let someone intrude into your private room without permission is intolerable IMO.
Agree'd, looks like there are questions there that need to be answered.
I know, but no one else seems to be angry, I will just get called paranoid.
That paranoia would be justified then, you got the right to be angry as well as to be the way you'd like to be.

Invading ones personal zone isn't very nice.
I spoke to them, it 's basically what I expected; -friends name- wouldn't steal anything, It was raining, Friend was too tired to drive (STAY UP TIL 1 AM AND THAT HAPPENS), friends tires were carp, we won't it again.
I'm always paranoid someone would nick my things or look at anything I forbid certain people to see, I'm so paranoid I have trouble having guests over sometimes.

So I would be ticked if someone stole or broke my stuff, or even intrude on them.
Even if it's about a person, who would never steal anything, this is just a matter of respecting one's privacy. I would react just as you did, if a stranger entered my room without permission. Even if he didn't steal anything, there's still the possibility that there could be some of my underwear or whatever be lying around (not that I'm the messy type, but things like that do happen sometimes).

Agreed ~Stoney~. Your room is a place of peace and privacy and by going in it without asking is a violation of your space, They shouldve had the common decency to ask you. My room currently has a mold problem so Im sleeping in my moms on a spare mattress on the floor xD. BUT THE REAL QUESTION IS...DID THEY TOUCH YOUR BEYS?

More than enough of a reason to be paranoid.
