Driger S and Draciel S are definitely rarer since they were Random Booster prizes, whereas Dragoon S and Dranzer S were Boosters made available in a lot of quantities in a lot of stores. However, you should be able to find a Driger S, if you wait for the right time, for less than 2500 yen.

Most probably Cygnus, seeing it has WD

Dark Cancer has CH120 and Cancer which are great for Attack and Stamina, respectively, Kries Cygnus is good for Cygnus (a very good all-around Clear Wheel) and WD (which is great for Stamina but is incredibly common). I would say Dark Cancer, but Kries looks really cool (but is competitively useless)

Will be in Japan, what essentials?

Hey guys, I am totally new to the hobby and there is no beyblade scene near me(Germany).
However, I will be in Japan in less then a month and wanted to buy enough so I could play with friends at home and have some options. I also would like as many parts as possible to be competitive and versatile incase I can get a community up.

Essentials I need:
Standard beystadium,
A few beys(want to have defensive,stamina and attack options, also essential parts)
Good launchers
Cheap parts for the money for experimentation(are the 550 yen beys still sold?)
Just fun and gimmicky parts

What I have in mind:
For the beys I looked at
Drain fafnir(8, nothing any good?)
Ragnarok, gravity revolve(good parts i heard, ragnarok Amy good/fun?)
Alter chronos(is this one any good?)

Olbelisk Odin T X(triple and O2 any good?)
 Or Xcalibur force xtreme

Some form of standard beysatdium, but I don't know if the sets(god Valkyrie,valkyrie or Vs set) are worth it or if I should just buy it for 1500 yen)

Maybe the totally new releases?

So as you can see I would like to have a playable collection, budget arounds 6000-8000 yen.
Any comments and recommendations on what to get welcome!

You should get the Stadium with the set. I would suggest you to get Victory Valkyrie Entry Set or God Entry SetSmile
For R2, it's a good buy. It's disc and driver are top tier. Drain Fafnir, currently the most used layer in WBO Tournaments. Cannot say about it's disc and driver now.
O2, Triple is useful with Victory Valkyrie and O2 is a decent attack layerGrin
Cannot say about Alter Kronos but from [TrainiacJ]'s tests it seems to be pretty good.

So my current buying list is:


R2 roktavor gravity Revolve
drain fafnir
Obelisk Odin Triple xtreme

Still undecided which set to get the beystadium with. I also believe that I need to get a good launcher which doesn't come with the things I want to buy yet.

Ok, my input here. The Long Winder is best here, and you should also get:
Acid Anubis, Neptune (somewhat hard to find), Xcalibur, Odin.

Because V2 or gV are good Beys and you'll get launchergrip and other useful accessories as well Smile

Hi, guys, I'm entirely new to the WBO. First post yay.

I'm just looking for suggestions for where to buy single layer Burst beys from sites that don't have wallet-killing shipping rates, Hasbro if possible because I don't trust transparent plastic and because maybe I'll have to quit because nobody around me other than one single friend seems to be playing.
I tried Mandarake (full of boosters and expensive exclusives), Amiami, and HLJ (only god layer and late dual layer in stock). Amazon just has horrible shipping rates for Peru (where I live), almost 80 dollars for a couple of Hasbro 2-packs through EMS last time I checked, and I'm not too sure about Ebay TBH with all those Hong Kong listings.

As of now I only have a Hasbro Doomscizor D2 and my friend got a Spryzen S2, we are using the terrific (sic) Hasbro blue bucket as a stadium.
