[Product]  BB-114 VariAres D:D

Because it's really not worthwhile, it's basically outclassed by CS.
The WB in D D looks really different than the wB we know. I suggest we wait for proper testing
Yes it bascially is a new part, from the looks of it. But from AD's video, it acts a lot like a regular WB, so not much hope.
Mechanism of Vari Ares PC Frame.
Look, the WB on left spin will have use.

Look at the video and analyse the last few seconds when the bey begins losing balance. The unstable S hangs in for a good few seconds, perhaps longer to that when WD loses balance. Therefore such balance just as the bey is losing angular velocity, it will be able to cling onto a win.

What I have to say: D:D - High potential on left spin.

Exactly, thats why DGrin is looking pretty good now. Plus this could be a different mold of WB as far as I know. IF you look closely, theres like a "centre" in the middle of the WB. The blackest part if it.
Cool mechanism. Simple but clever. Wonder if it's effective. The tip-changing gimmick will be as useless as it always was.
I look at the video of AkirasDaddy about Variares. I know it is just a pre - release but isn't this bey meant to be a balance type not defense type?

it is a balance type... which is y it also has an S tip (stamina), WB (defense), and F (Attack)

Yes i know that
But AkirasDaddy 's box said it is a Defense? Typo? Look at 0:02
Nope, according to the box pics I've seen, it's a defence type (lol)
Well that makes no sense and goes against everything we've ever seen or speculated...

oh wow... never noticed that... yeah, it says on the box. that's interesting...
Never underestimate Takara Tomy's inability to work out what "defense" means.

like how the said the same thing about vulcan horuseus? lol. i guess in takara tomy's mind, "attack" means "defense" and "balanced" means "defense". i guess physics doesn't apply to them.
No no, its Balance means stamina, and stamina means defense. Remember Earth Virgo and Earth Eagle? Not to mention Libra
so Vari Ares will require more testing before it shows any use?Chocked_2
As with any part yes...
i think its pretty dumb that they have made all these beys and cant make up there mind on what type it is
Does it matter? You don't honestly think that it really has any affect, do you? Hasbro claims that Rock Pegasis 105WD is an attack type, so never underestimate fail judgements. They can always get worse.

it's more so the humor in the absurdity of the fail type labeling. no it doesn't matter, it's just humorous of how they label it the wrong type that it really is. It shows how true they are to the anime. XD

My happiness knows no bounds after reading that! I ♥ WB!
Well, back on topic, if we do try to analyze and recollect a bit, then we would realize-
The stats and types written on the box really don't matter....
I am really impressed with D: D's mechanism, though. Its quite an intelligent art. Lets hope that at least this mode change tip finds use...

One liners aren't cool. Wish you get warned.

Ok, so maybe I'm slightly let down by D:D's release. Yeah, I thought it can start at F, switch to WB, then S. However, it'll obviously become a balance type. That was one hell of a stupid prediction.

if u look on akirasdaddy's video, the box says "defense" on the top right.

And what I was trying to refer to was if the mode change was real, it would become a balance type. Sorry if I didn't fill that in. I've watched his videos, and yeah. The box said Defense all right.
after watching akirasdaddy's review on it, im seriously thinking that this is a useless bey. the tips of the 4d bottom are pretty much outclassed (remember, this is only my thoughts and opinions, so no beating the carp out of me plz).
