This is my first tournament and i'm VERY excited! I read the rules and my burst blades don't work so I'm buying more. I just want to make sure these are allowed: Rock Leone (Bd-30 and 145WB) and Burn Fireblaze (BD-59 and 135MS)? I see that "Libra" is not allowed so does that mean that Flame Libra T125ES is not allowed? If this is all correct, you can just respond "yes". Thanks so much!!

The Libra part that is banned is the metal wheel.  Flame libra only contains the clear wheel part of libra so I believe it is allowed.  So everything you have mentioned is legal.

YES THE BAN LIST APPLIES TO THIS TOURNAMENT. L-Drago Guardian is illegal to use. However, S130 MB is ok for use. Please refer to the rules for more.
