"ATTENTION! COME ONE, COME ALL TO WHAT COULD BE THE GREATEST WINTER TOURNAMENT THE WBO HAS SEEN!" this... is presumptuous! We had previous tournaments this winter, in several regions, and there's other ones too!

If he plans on using it though he has to put a frame on it, and even then it is competitively useless.

If you plan on using it, put a frame on. Or else it is deemed illegal

i was planning on an ifritor i2 12 Nothing combo

to take advantage of his weight

You need a frame on the 12 disc. Otherwise it is not allowed.

Edit: Never mind you got it.
Ifritor I2 is going to get completely wrecked in Burst Standard. I cannot recommend its use in the tournament. It's 3 generations behind, and it wasn't that great when it first came out either.

Also, this is a Burst Standard, so single, dual, and god layers stand no chance
