Hey, UK bladers It's mine and LeeDraciel's turn to bring you a tournament!

Specific info:

When: 22nd of January 11.30am until it finishes. (starting earlier so we won't have to battle in the dark again)

Where: At the bandstand
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&q=re...4&t=h&z=19
ControL_'s Guide

Directions to the bandstand:

OK heads up guys, you want to be taking the following buses that pass by (or are close): 13, 46, 82, 113, 187. The 13 and 46 are one stop away so walk around the edge of St Johns Wood high street. From here on, you wil lwant to enter the park via the entrance by the mosque. The Mosque is labelled on the linked map added on the OP.

Now train wise, you guys want to get the Jubilee line somewhat and get off at Bakers street (Jubilee, metropolitain, bakerloo and some more?). From bakers street station you want to walk down the road on the right of the entrance/exit for 50 metres, cross the small road and enter through the main of the parks entrances, you can't miss it! At this stage you will be at a duck/swan feeding area and on your immediate right is a big bridge. You want to go cross that bridge and when your across the 30 metre long bridge, you want to turn left and walk up that path. For about 100 metres walking straight following the path, you will reach the bandstand - easy! For this route you should use this map. (Bandstand at top middle, bridge is at the direct bottom : Route A

The other route, to get here you can get off at St Johns Wood station, get the bus 113/82/13 outside and take it for 2 stops to the mosque (then walk down hangover road to entrance). Enter through the hangover road entrance. From the entance you will see a largish playground, a pond; there are many kids yellow paddling boats here in this small pond, and across this pond is the boathouse cafe, a cafe. Route B map Looking at the map, you can see the pond. Walk down the outlined path hugging the lake. You should aim to walk all the way down that path till you reach the bridge as described in route A. Again walk up 100metres up the straight path and your there. - The bandstand is the small white circle in the bottom right of the link. Hangover road entrance is in the top right, to the right of that is the playground and the pond.

These are two easiest ways to get there via public transport and walking!

If you get lost I will be posting my number closer to the date.

At the end it depends to who you win/lose to, so BeyJun beat many low - high rankers, rank 5th and 12th people, and lost to high people. He will get quite the boost.

I won't be surprised if he is in the top 10 because dominated the group.
Either way he had fun which is just as important as ranks.
i cant really remember who said it but someone said they where going to do a 20 min video. Did they atualy do it, and when will they put it on youtube???
There were multiple people recording, everyone should send the clips to Lee/ whoever is collecting the parts/battles in for one great legendary video rather than short untextured ones.
Yeah im doin that. but im also uploading mine without any music, so it is glorious talking.
Maybe i should edit the swearing out... Or maybe not... Smile
So its gonna be an hour long feature film about our leader Beyjun?
Yeah the only footage i managed to get was some of the final because i was so busy and my camera stopped working and i didnt get it fixed till the end, so i would be very greatful if people could send me theres after they have done there own video's so i can make an epic one for my channel.
Oh god... a whole final as narrated by coxy, I dread the thought Tongue_out
Oh, and my quote of the day:

Me, coxy, Matt, lihn and lee on the bandstand after kicking everyone else off to organise.

Kid: how come you guys are allowed up there and we aren't?

Me: *looks at Lee* we need the extra room for our egos XD
Ok im really going to need all the footage i can get, my camera decided it didn't actually want to save any of it Uncertain i have about 2 battles, please help me out guys lol
From my judgement, you guys are really modest and empathic - though not Coxy who tried to murder everyone who said "Ak-kat-soo-ki" instead of "Akatsuki"

I honestly do not know why people can't pronounce it. It's really easy too.
i know it might be a bit of a while but who's channel will the video be posted on???
Yesterday was an epic win of a day. Matt and Lee you both did an ace job on organising the tournament and ensuring all of it ran smoothly. Congrats to everyone who made it to the finals and also congrats to you Lee for ranking first place once again lol

And yes it is true i did get pwnd by a storm wheel XD the beyblades are now fighting back and could i possibly be the first victim D= haha...anyway i currently managed to get some footage on my camera and i shall megaupload it for anyone who wants to use it in a video. I shall get my video of the tournament edited very soon and if anyone were able to provide me with additional footage then i shall be able to edit a good video =] anyone who provides spare footage i shall definately credit you

I shall look forward to the next tournament and shall be psyched for some more good battles against other bladers =]
I think I did really well yesturday. I did/was there to break quite a few records I think. Really fun seeing so many people interested in Beyblading and I can't wait to see you all again!
