zero-g format rules: https://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Introdu...rmat+rules

from the experimental burst page:

We recently launched a new set of experimental tournament format rules that we wanted to test the viability of in real events. We haven’t revisited many of the rules for tournament organization in WBO Organized Play since the WBO was launched in 2008, and with Beyblade Burst’s wider international launch on the horizon, now seemed as good a time as any to start evaluating them again. Our goal is to eventually introduce some version of these new changes as the new standard for our WBO Organized Play events.

So far, we have hosted a couple events under these rules in Toronto in North Carolina and gathered initial feedback from both hosts and players. As a result of our discussions, we have put together a revised ruleset for this experimental format:

View Revised Experimental Format Rules

Use of this format is not mandatory and doesn’t include prize reimbursement or rankings, but it has some great perks instead:
Entry is free for everyone
Faces and Credits are included (except Shards of Amaterios)
All entrants will be entered into a Hasbro-themed BeyLotto! Details below.
Please discuss these changes and direct any questions you may have to the Experimental Tournament Format Changes Discussion thread.

The Zero-G format seems all good, and congratulations on your first tournament and winning it too! I am so glad that you got not only seven participants, but eight.

Now, you just have to format the results and payment information in the spreadsheet that every Organizer has to fill out for each tournament. The thread used to be inside the private Organizers' Circle forum though, but now I just moved it out of there so you can see it:
https://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Attenti...t-Template

I am not sure if the finals of the Experimental Burst format were done properly, but meh, we can look into it later. At least no Beypoints are on the line.
The finals are top 4 single elimination so it was done right
i just followed the rules on the thread
they said to do deck rotation finals which is what i did i can list everybody's decks if you need them
I'm sorry I don't have the results in yet. I have been busy with school and sports. I hope to have it done by the end of the week

That is alright, you are not too late yet hah. I really appreciate you letting us know that you did not forget or anything though.

here's the one for zero-g

It is not currently public, so I sent you an access request.
this is now public
Everything seems perfect except that you forgot to count the final battles in the players' overall records.

About Lion Guard though, we need his email address, or an email address associated to him in any case. Could you ask Beyblade Strong for it?
that should be fixed now

i can email beyblade strong but his pms are not open
Hm OK I just sent him a private message, since it usually works for administrators even if the person deactivated that feature. You can try sending him an email as well, but let's just hope he replies to at least one of us soon hah.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...=147737880

and here´s the one for burst. i finally think im done with this tourney, right? since i got $15 from people and i get a $20 prize reimbursement, you guys could just send me $5 right?
You should send a private message to Kei to get reimbursement. Which prizes did you give though? You need to show him the receipt(s).

And cool, those results are all good as well, except that you get less Credits when there are only seven participants. There is only one for participation, one for organising, and two for the first-place winner.
https://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Scaveng...st-Winners
fixed! i didnt buy them yet but they are in the OP
But if they are not purchased, technically we have no guarantee that the money will be used toward prizes and that the winner(s) will receive their prizes... This is why we ask for the prizes to be purchased already and for receipts. Are you guys confirmed to meet up again anytime soon?
no i will be shipping it to them
l will tell him next time

This tournament cannot be processed until Lion Guard has an account... He needs one before the next event.
(Nov. 15, 2016  1:07 AM)Beyblade Strong Wrote: l will tell him next time

There may not be an event soon. give either I or Kai-V an email for him @[Beyblade Strong]
Is this event good to be processed?
Not if Lion Guard has no account... Plus, there are some other events that happened before October 23rd that still need to be processed.
ok just wondering. if @[Beyblade Strong] doesn't give us one, we could always just give him the same email as him
Im not sure if this is what they meant in the scavenger hunt but here's my tournament report:
Jimmyjazz39's Birthday Celebration (Zero-G) was a tournament held on the same day as [[Jimmyjazz39's Birthday Celebration (Experimental Format)]]. It was Delaware's first WBO beyblade tournament in Delaware and was held in Glasgow Park. It was hosted by Jimmyjazz39.

==Participants==
*Jimmyjazz39
*TheGrimRipper13
*TheBeyNinja
*beymomdelaware
*Beyblade Strong
*ReeceRoosters13
*tinyfireball
*Lion Guard

==Tournament==
This tournament was run in Round Robin format, with the top three bladers moving on to a small Round Robin in the finals. The only competitively active players in this tournament were TheGrimRipper13, TheBeyNinja, beymomdelaware, and Beyblade Strong. It was also the first tournament for Jimmyjazz39, tinyfireball, ReeceRooster13, and Lion Guard so truly anything was possible.

Being the most competitively experienced blader there, TheGrimRipper13 placed first in the initial round with a record of 7-0. Most of Jimmyjazz39's combo's were taken straight from the top tier list, so he took second with a record of 5-2. His two losses were to TheGrimRipper13 (because spin steal stamina would outspin defense) and ReeceRoosters13 (because MF-H Diablo Kerbecs was not heavy enough to use sway attack). beymomdelaware was able to place third with an interesting combo of Diablo Beelzeb E230SB and a 4-3 record. There was a 4-way tie for forth place between TheBeyNinja, Beyblade Strong, ReeceRoosters13, and Lion Guard with records of 3-4. And, because of lack of preparedness and experience with MFB, tinyfireball placed last with a record of 0-7.

In the finals, Jimmyjazz39 took the first battle by defeating beymomdelaware's Diablo Beelzeb with Killerken Reviser. In the next battle Jimmyjazz39 also came out on top by defeating TheGrimRipper13's Phantom Cancer with a Killerken Dragooon spin steal combo. This secured Jimmyjazz39's first tournament victory. The next battle between TheGrimRipper13 and beymomdelaware would determine placing for this tournament. TheGrimRipper13 came out on top by defeating beymomdelaware's Diablo Beelzeb. The final results were Jimmyjazz39 in first, TheGrimRipper13 in second, and beymomdelaware.

==Final Scores and Winning Combinations==
*'''1st Place – Jimmyjazz39 (7-2):''' Killerken Reviser E230CS, Genbu/Killerken Dragooon SA165EWD, MF-H Diablo Kerbecs SP230GCF
*'''2nd Place – TheGrimRipper13 (8-1):''' Phantom Cancer SA165AS, MSF-L Genbu Dragooon TR145EWD/AS
*'''3rd Place – beymomdelaware (4-5):''' Diablo Beelzeb E230SB, Cosmic (Hasbro) Bull W105BSF
*'''4th Place – Beyblade Strong (3-4)'''
*'''5th Place – ReeceRoosters13 (3-4)'''
*'''5th Place – TheBeyNinja (3-4)'''
*'''6th Place – Lion Guard (3-4)'''
*'''7th Place – tinyfireball (0-7)'''
Ah no, that is basically or exactly what you wrote for Beyblade Wiki, right? Try using a more personal approach, especially as the host, for your tournament report in this thread. Point out the good sides, things you can improve, how this or that person was behaving (especially if it made the tournament liverlier), etc. The reports for Beyblade Wiki need to contain only neutral facts, for the most, so this is the opportunity to be more opinionated.
Ok thank you for clearing that up. i will post it in the Random Thoughts topic when i do post it
