My favorite of all times has to be the first OP of Nurarihyon no Mago: Sennen Makyou, Hoshi no Arika. The only reason I started watching Nura was due to its epic OP XD.

My favorite anime theme song is Aozora from AIR. I cried the first time I heard it, though part of it was because she died. Oh Hades, her mom's screams broke my little duck heart. The song itself is just so tender and solemn. Also, the fact that I can sing it very well truly makes me appreciate it.
