... He has a Scythe. And a Basalt. They both outclass Burn.

Burn may not be bad, but it is not the best. We aim to make the best combos' for people, not the 'not too bad' combo's if we can. Scythe is awesome for stamina, Burn is meh. Use Scythe.

It is ok at best just change the track to AD145 maybe upgrade earth to basalt and you'll do fine

Earth is still vaguely useful on low tracks. Burn isn't and multiple people just finished explaining why.

Duo can be better depending on the weight difference between it and opposing phantom wheels. Its also less recoily, so it is a safer choice.

CS is nowhere near as good as WD.
And if you mean defense, then still no. Basalt Kerbecs/Bull BD145CS is a lot better.
