Storm Aquario/Bull 100R2F would be your best bet. It's severely outclassed, though. Maybe switch storm with galaxy, but it's still outclassed.

It's a spin stealer of course. even if you leave it on the LF its a big flat tip that can keep it up right especially if you're using a Hasbro stadium with a flat bottom like the Lions Lair. It will take spin from Phantom Orion which is on a very tippy ES (should be an EWD, Hasbro cant even get the cheap version right) and as long as Basalt isn't agressive it's perfect for Meteo to spin steal off of.

What Coach said is true(about the "keep it on LF, and it'd still do wonders!" thingy). However-

Keeping it on LF isn't the best thing to do yet. While MLD is a brilliant spin-steal part(so much so, that its spin stealing abilities aren't quite affected by the track-tip setup), one must not forget that spin-steal battles are extremely close- sometimes down to a quarter or half rotation.
That is why, one must focus on increasing the stamina of a spin-steal combination, so that it could spin-steal and also keep up its RPM when the battle reaches its climax.
This is because, spin-stealing isn't really spin stealing; but spin-equalizing. The faster moving bey's energy is transferred to the slower moving bey until they are both balanced(its similar to how heat is transferred- from a body at higher temperature to a body at lower temperature, until they both are at an equal temperature). This is why, a spin-steal battle doesn't hold much importance until the two beys actually start wobbling. Whichever bey can keep "wobbling" for longer, wins. This is why bottoms like WD - tip which allows beys to tip over and "wobble" towards the end of a battle - are usually preferred for spin-steal combos.

Not to mention that eternal tips like EWD are also great at such stuff.

So, even if MLD would spin-steal just fine on LF, it might have problems when it comes to beating some top class Stamina types. So, its best to customize it in a way that it resembles a Stamina combo.

Sooo... List your parts so that we can make you a perfect spin- steal combo!

Unfortunately it's not L-Drago II, so you can't make a spin stealer....

Stamina: Hell Kerbecs AD145SD (Really Good)
Balance: Not too sure about this type. Evil Pegasus 105SF??
Defense: Hell Kerbecs SW145WB (If you have CS or RS, you could always replace those with WB)
