Big Bang Lacerta 145JSB is a really bad customization.
Big Bang can't be used in Limited, and it is really not recommended in Standard or Zero-G.
Lacerta is severly outclassed in stamina therms.
145 for an attack customisation ? What ?
JSB is like JB : useless in defense, and what the idea to use it with Big Bang ?
Conclusion : this customization is definetly not competitive.

For a balance type I would guess Diablo Pegasus 2/nemesis130r2f/x: d
This really isn't enough to work with
And you would be better off using an attack type like spiral unicorns 90r2f
Though both are putclassed severely, though you don't care.

Use Burn Capricorn/Nemesis 90 MF for a good balance type in Limited. Spiral Unicorno 90 R2F is probably the best combo you could make for Limited attack. Not much you can do for Standard with those parts.

There's really nothing presently competitive you can make with the three you listed.

In Limited, Aquario / Screw Capricorne 90/D125 MF may be your best bet, though.

Face bolts: Any face bolt.
Energy ring and Element Wheel: Any energy ring and Element Wheel.

Attack: Behemoth Ifraid 145__, Try to get an RF/R2F/LRF.
Defense: None
Stamina: Scythe Gasher/Aquario/Hades/Cygnus A230D(Warning: A230 has some recoil)
Balance: Diablo Kerbecs BD145__, get an RF

It's not too great, nor presently competitive. Before useful Dragoon variations were recognized, L-Drago Destroy BD145RDF showed some potential, though.
