Participant Cap: 250 Players
Due to the limited amount of time available at Brooklyn Zoo (the organizers have until 6PM to finish), it has been decided to impose a participant cap on this event of 250 to ensure that the first stage at least can be successfully completed.

What this means is that anybody who is signed up on this thread (by hitting the "Join Tournament" button at the top of the page after logging in) up to the first 250 registered users will be given priority during registration to participate in the event.

If you do not sign up on this thread, it is possible you may not be able to participate in the tournament itself if enough of the participants signed up on this event page attend. But you will still be welcome to play in free play and meet the participating Youtubers!

If needed, the final stage will take place at Cooper Park just north of the venue. Details for this will be discussed with finalists when the time comes if it is needed.

We thank everyone for their incredible support of this event and for their understanding!

MUST READ: One Page Rules Overview
We have prepared an one-page rules overview document for this event. If you are planning to attend, you will be required to be familiar with all of the information within it:

A copy of this sheet will be given to each participant as they enter the venue, but we encourage you to familiarize yourselves with it now.

Tournament Time: Tournament Registration will be from 10:00AM – 11:15AM. Players who arrive after 11:15AM cannot join the tournament, but are welcome to participate in free play (which will run until 6PM). We will be starting the tournament at 11:30AM. It would be appreciated, however, if attendees would be there by at least 11:00AM earlier. We'd like to get the tournament done as soon as possible so please try to come on time. If you come late you will not be able to play.

Entry Fees: Tournament entry will cost $10 dollars a person ($5 WBO Entry Fee, $5 Brooklyn Zoo Venue Fee). If you have a Blader Passport however, entry will be only $5. The Blader Passport grants you entrance to all WBO tournaments for an entire year. How cool is that! As you know it allows you to enter any tournament for the next year without paying the fee, as well as giving you the chance to participate in whatever contests or giveaways the WBO may offer.

Side Note: Please, PLEASE, PLEASE keep a hold on each and every part you own. We'd like to avoid thefts of all types, from Beyblades to game systems and laptops. Keep all your personal belongings close to your person at all times; do not leave them hanging around, as they are YOUR responsibility, and the tournament staff cannot be held liable for thefts.

Have your Account page open during registration. Participants being registered to the tournament must login to their accounts on any device able to access the profile page prior to registration in order to prove they are the account owner and to ensure their username is accurately transcribed. Alternatively, you can bring a printed copy of your account page to show the tournament host during registration.

All players must arrive on-time: If you do not arrive at the scheduled start time, you risk being excluded from the tournament. The software we use to run our events–Challonge–does not allow us to add in extra participants once the tournament has started.

For Parents: Depending on the turnout, expected to be more than 200 players this time around it may take up to 7 hours to complete this tournament. Please clear your entire schedule for this tournament don't expect it to be a short run tournament. If unable we advise them to join just for free play for a couple hours. As a reminder leaving the tournament early means your child will end up losing all his matches to the remainder of the matches.

Need-to-Know Information

1. During Registration, Open Your Account Page

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.

2. Arrive On Time

You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.

3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings

We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!

4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours

Ok. Sorry if I hurt your feelings.

Oh it’s nothing.

All official Hasbro and Takara Tomy launchers are allowed, however some layers like Sr and mG and G3 are banned, also the 12 disc without a frame is banned because it damages other beyblades, check the latest rule updates to see what is and isn’t allowed ?
I know everyone likes spriggan requium with 0 bump bearing but I found atomic better since sr draws some influence fron drain fafnir and has rubber.

Unfortunately, Spriggan Requiem has been banned so you can’t use it anyways, you are allowed to use 0 and Zt though

I will not lose with winning Valkyrie,12,volcanic

In case you didn't already know this, 12 is braking other parts, as of now you need a frame on 12 to make it legal.
Is it going to really be 8 hours please say no

Depends upon the number of players that show up..
But considering that 78 members have registered and this is the Beytuber Brawl and everyone will show up to meet their favourite Beytuber I would say yes, it might take 8 hours.
But as it states on the tournament page, keep this day scheduled and booked for this Tournament only.. Because the organisers cannot predict the timings..

if there are a good number of judges and more stadiums it would go faster
Sprig gain requiem was only banned for the bey day's events at the beginning of the month. It should still be allowed
i can bring my stadium and is the wide stadium legal
It is not legal

I can bring my two stadiums and judge because I will be recording
wait how come the wide stadium is illegal
I wanna battle blast zone kid. Can’t wait to see you all there!

Also check out my YouTube channel Nathan’s Cardfight. I have beyblade burst battles, buddyfight, yugioh, and more!
Only standard type beystadiums are aloud for tournaments but you can still use them in free play
Just wondering: are any of the beytubers going to be bringing their real life anime stadiums? Just a question.

Its banned so it really doesnt matter, but bearing is better for spin stealing than atomic. Plus more stamina, percession, and LAD.

Nope, its banned (if you didn't know, this comment was probably posted before the ban)
Hi I’m 11years old, and I’m new here. How do I registered For June 30th. Should I register online prior the event or at the location. I read the rules and regulation but in case I miss on anything i just wanted to know what would be needed on that day. Do I bring my own beyblade,ID card, Do I pay $5 at the door on the day of or is there any other important information I need to know prior.
Fabian
You click the join button and during the registration you ether pay 5 dollars for 1 time entrance fee or buy a 15 dollar year of free tournaments at the tournament or up near it talks about where it is going to be at

Hint

The passport is a way better option so you don’t have to worry about bringing the money?

Hi Fabian j! Since you already have a WBO account, go ahead click that "Join Tournament" button in the first post of this thread. All players are responsible for bringing their own Beyblades. You can also borrow parts from other players if they are willing to lend out their stuff. Just make sure you ask permission first. You don't need to bring an ID card. Just let us know your WBO username. As for payment, the $5 will be paid on site (cash only). Alternatively, you can purchase a Blader Passport for $15 online. A Blader Passport will get you into all WBO tournaments for free for an entire year. Hope to see you there!
