If anyone can answer this question I would be grateful. So, a lot of bey-tubers do beyblade battles obviously. But with their battles, the beys they are battling pop up at the side and then have points next to them. How do you make that happen?

Editing the video. Some have special animations they commission to make it cooler, but you edit the video with the picture of the Bey or the Beys name/initials and put a number next to it. If live, you use software like OBS or Xplit that can make a seperate window overlay for the live footage with a picture or the name of the Beys and points next to it.

So a few hours back I was doing some battles, between naked spriggan and the Lightning L'Drago remake. I was launching naked into the stadium, when it burst right after if left the launcher, and the metal of the Paradox disk slammed into my hand, I felt alot of pain, and my knuckle looked weird, so I decided to go to the hospital where I found that the disk broke my knuckle. I am currently waiting for the doctor to come back to see what must happen next. Let this serve as a lesson, be safe
