Hasbro released a stock Twisted Befall BD145RSF, which is good in competitive play. I think Hasbro made this so bladers that don't take their beys apart can stand a chance in tourneys.
They have? Well, this is for BOOTB, not competitive out of the box. It used to be Top-Tier but now... its been outclassed by many Synchromes.
I think that would probably still qualify as best out of the box though, was it part of a double pack or no?
It was... now it's a single pack aparrently.
Where did you find it in a single pack? Could you please post a link?
I do not recall seeing it as a Single Pack anywhere, who said that it was released as a single?
This is the two pack:

Nevermind. I thought this because of what Bazooka! said. Sorry.
So is it part of the top tier double packs?
I would say so as Meteo L Drago LW105LF is not too bad.
Meteo L Drago is useless.
Meteo has no Attack strength whatsoever. It is the king of Spin Steal though.
However, LW105LF is not a setup that supports spin steal.
Actually, LW105LF is a horrible setup. LF just wrecks it.
Parts wise is how I was looking at Meteo L Drago.

You could put a Dark Fireblaze 135 HF with Twisted Befall BD145 RSF and it would still remain the best double pack to get currently.

But as far as I know, that is not the discussion of this topic, so let's get back on topic.

Thanks.
Yesterday at a tournament, two people were taking over the tournament with a stock Phantom Orion. It is clearly a BOOTB.

They took out my Reviser Dragooon SA165EWD.

Oh wow, do you happen to know any of the customs it went against?
Yes that was already known, stock phantom does very well out of the box in zero-g, in bb-10 however it is quite risky
This WAS in the BB-10.

To answer your question Kai, it took
out some Attack Types by wall Saves and OSs, my Dragooon combo actually had a RDF, so it self KOd, and another one I know is that it beat stock Thermal Lacerta.

Phantom Orion only beat 2 attack types in the entire tournament, and they were my and my brother's attack combos.
Well phantom was already an assumed for bb-10 anyways, updated lists soon
Plastics list
1. Driger v2
MFB in Zero G
1. Phantom Orion BGrin
2. Diablo Nemesis XGrin

Zero G
1. Bandid Genbull F230TB
2. Gladiator Bahamidia SP230GF
3. Thief Phoenic E230GCF
4. Samurai Ifraid W145CF
5. Gryph Dragooon SA165WSF/MB
6. Saramanda Ifraid DF145XF

MFB in BB-10
1. Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF
2. Wing Pegasis S130RB
3. Hell kerbecs BD145EWD
4. Basalt Horogium 145WD
5. Scythe Kronos T125EDS
6. Lightning Ldrago 100HF
7. Storm Pegasis 100RF
Nearly all of those MFB in BB-10 are either good but outclassed, or just bad.
They were the best I could think of.
To add on to my list,
MFB in BB-10
1. Cosmic Pegasus W105R²F
2. Spiral Capricorn's 90MF
3. Spiral Lyre ED145MF
4. Spiral Fox TR145W²D (in my opinion)

I put spiral fox there because when it is about to stop spinning or has already stopped spinning and a bey hits it hard it will make spiral fox spin faster! My guess why is the LAD of W²D and the rollers on TR145 help.
I have a suggestion for the plastics section. How about Bistool? Just a WD change makes it a great spin stealer. I'm not to sure really, but I am curious to know.
Bistool is awful. The article on it is really bad. You should look at th!nk's YouTube series on it.
Wow, reading the Beywiki article it seemed amazing... Lol.
