TinkerCAD will you teach you Basics. Blender will be better once you are fluent with T-CAD.

Blender is used for Modelling, like characters in Animation movie. Blender is like Plotting Points and Joining then to form more complex lines, planes and solids instead for getting solids and Hole figures and joining them.

lets not take it as negative criticism,
more of an urge to think of an idea that isnt so close to something we have now.

also criticism isn't bad at all. its more like feedback that tells you how to improve.

also how would it stick to the floor if it isnt like a suction cup?
sure quest isn't rubber flat, but the shape of quest's tip is what makes it suction.

what im trying to say is that your idea might sound good at first, but the design wouldnt work.
