And actually you get to choose to get a Lvl 1 Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina with the Arceus event thing.
Not 100% sure as far as the details though, but i know its Lvl 1 and you choose 1 of the 3

Pokémon Heart Gold & Soul Silver Announced for US & Europe
The official site has today revealed that the upcoming Pokémon Heart Gold & Soul Silver games are to be released in America and in Europe in Spring 2010. The site didn't reveal any further details but did include a slightly modified version of the Japanese trailer. The games are scheduled to come out in Japan in a few weeks so expect our massive coverage to begin then, where we will leave no stone unturned. For what we do know, click the picture to go to our section.
I hope it'll be released with some sort of special edition DS either here or Japan; I've been itching to get a DSi, or a DS Lite at least.

It more than likely will go to the UK, if it goes to America it will go to most country's, I don't know when tho.

They are coming to UK and Australia in Spring next year. I have already pre-ordered both HG, and SS, from Play Asia. So they will be shipped out on the 12th of September. As for the download link, it will be released on the 12th of September, for all you flash-cart users. I could have just downloaded it and played it on my R4, but I'm a huge Pokemon fan, and I would never miss buying a copy of each version, especially HG/SS since Gold and Silver are my favourite Pokemon Games by far

I'm so glad these are coming out since gold and silver are my favourite pokemon games out of all of them.This game looks sweet from what the pics show on serebii.net. I wish i hadn't sold my DS now cause now i'm gonna have to buy another one just to play these.
^Well at least it's an excuse to get a Ds-i , Pokemon Silver and Gold were my favorite Pokemon games, I just hope they don't stuff it up with new Pokemon and only keep the 1st and 2nd generation.

My post said there was 5 references to piracy on this page. Thing is, my post started a whole new page where none of those references were.
You guys should watch Giancarloparimango11's videos on YouTube. He is much much faster then Serebii, and explains things very good. As soon as HG/SS was confirmed to be a remake, he started posting videos, days, and even weeks before Serebii found out. And they show great game-play footage.
