what makes you think that? the smudge on PS is the same with GIMP, just use sift brush OK?

no the setting they are more advance on PS so you can make a cloud effect (what i want)

Nice work Xyo. I suggest setting a Gaussian blur at 5 for the background an sharpen the character next time. Speaking of smudging, hahaha, I made a self portrait of myself in school as instructed by the teacher and I used my fingers for smudge....It is so black..

A little on the brighter side...try scan lines...it might be helpful sometimes...

try to lower the brightness, and only use scanlines in a 50 scale

Not entirely, I modified the image to suit the colour I had in my head then made a background to go with it.

Wow, very masterfully done. The picture is so blended it almost seems to be a part of the background.

Haha thank you. I normally don't go for light colours, but I wanted to try something different and it came out pretty good ^^'.

Ahh, I meant to do that. Notice how e and h are black, it makes you focus. And because the blurring is not proper, it makes your eyes move. Or so I was hoping.

I just do not like the red shape in the bottom left corner, and the fact that the person seems like a total nobody with a weird head.

In my opion it is kinda wierd and does not blend you shoud not have included that wierd guy that has nothing to do with beyblade and you made Vari Ares bigger and put it where that wierd guy is. overall the best thing is the background.

I don't know, I like it. At least you kinda stopped using that effect .

That "weird guy" is from the movie 'Matrix'. I took a photo of him dodging a bullet from the movie; which is a pretty popular scene.

That sig is a parody of that scene (I like that scene).

I am just trying to make the pictures blend in. But I know I was decreasing the transparency a LOT. Yes, I will now be careful and try to blend pictures without decreasing the transparency "a Lot".

Xyo, text looks bad, smudging looks ugly, and the light source is too... bleh. Set it to overlay or something, or lower the opacity. Choose a better tect color, maybe the yellow in the background? Use a soft brush for smudging.

ok i used a hard brush and full strength XD and what could i do for the light source than setting it to overlay?(i did not want the text but XwailingX wants the text thanks again for the tips
