Serious
These are pretty easy so I'm going to put up a few.
1. What has keys but no lock?
2. What can run but never walks?
3. What is bigger than an elephant, yet lighter than a feather?
4. Do you say, "Nine and five is thirteen," or "Nine and five are thirteen"?
5. What is once in a minute, twice in a moment, and never in a thousand years?
6. What two things can you never eat for breakfast?
7. What never gets any wetter, no matter how much it rains?
8. What can be seen at night and never seen by day?
9. If a red house is made of red bricks, a blue house is made of blue bricks and a yellow house is made of yellow bricks, what's a greenhouse made of? (I gave the biggest possible hint.)
This is my all time favourite.
10. There are 15 crows on a fence. A farmer shoots a third of them. How many are on the fence?

Here's a hard one ok :

I am a suit no men may wear, neither peasants nor kings,
Yet no man goes without me.
What's got by me shall be well known.
What lies at me is the reason for things.
All may touch me when I am soft, none when I am stone.
Lose me and you will falter-yet if i am taken, you will find courage anew.
