THE REVOLUTION BEGINS! The WBO is proud to announce that we will be partnering with ANIME NORTH 2013–for the sixth consecutive year–to host what will likely be the most exciting event in WBO history … the WBO North American Championship: BEYBLADE REVOLUTION!! With Bladers from across the continent will be battling it out for the title of WBO North American Champion, the competition will surely be intense.
Want to participate?
BEYBLADE REVOLUTION will be open to the public, but if you live in North America, and aren't able to afford the trip up to Toronto? Don't worry! We've got you covered; win one of our qualifier tournaments and you'll win paid travel expenses up to Toronto! Here's the list of qualifiers currently planned:

Entry: You need an AN Pass!
A Blader Passport is not required for this tournament, as AN does not allow event organizers to charge entry fees for events within the convention. However, if you want to support the WBO so we can host even better tournaments with even better prizes in the future, and participate in the BeyPoints ranking System in future tournaments, then you will need one! So, if you wish to purchase one at the tournament, that is still possible.
To participate in the tournament, you currently have a few options to gain entrance: a) a weekend pass or b) a day pass for Saturday at AN. Click here for information about online registration for ANIME NORTH 2013. Please note that children (ages 6-13) are admitted for half price.
Over the years, expanding the Blader population has always been one of the primary goals of the AN tournament; hence it was branded as "BEYBLADE CRUSADE" for the past two years. However, for those of you who have attended the event in the past, you'll know that there has always been a secondary goal behind the event: bringing friends together and the fostering of relationships. This has always been so incredibly meaningful and inspiring because of the wide range of people who attend the event: people who live just a few minutes away, people who live in another province, people who live in a different country, and even people who live on a different continent! And this year, with the qualifiers flying/busing in from across North America, this aspect will only be further emphasized.
If there is any chance that you can make it to the event, take it! It's an experience I can guarantee you won't regret, not only because you'll be competing for the prestigious title of WBO North American Champion, but because you'll meet fantastic people from across North America.
If you think you'll be able to make it out to BEYBLADE REVOLUTION, please post here and I will start building an attendance list!

I just posted all my photos on Facebook. Feel free to tag yourself.
This was all so awesome... especially since I met everyone there! Congrats Yuko, JesseObre, and Stormscorpio1! If anyone would care... I might be hosting a tournament like Beyblade Revolution... just with Plastic and HMS format! I call it... Beyblade Invasion!
I was watching the ending credits of a sort of emotional movie while looking through those photographs; it was almost tear-worthy, hah. The weekend was really great.
oh god... those photos of me... BURN THEM NOW!
anyways. i had a great time everyone, thanks

Great job organizers and contributors. Lil'Homey had a great time (as did I) and it was nice to put faces to names. Seeing kids as young as 6 years old in friendly competition with 30+ bladers was a beautiful site to behold. I left with the impression that Beyblade has a future perhaps even bigger and brighter than its' past and present! AN / BR will be an annual trip for Lil'Homey and I; we're already planning for next year (and he's talking combo tweaks!)
Thanks again for the great experience.
Sorry if I missed it, but were the winning combos posted earlier in the thread? I'll check again and edit this out if I find them.

You're welcome! I look forward to seeing you guys next year.
Not yet. I'm gathering lists from all of the winners so that I can be sure everything is accurate when it is posted.
Great work to everyone who contributed to this event. Sad I couldn't stick around till the end.
Zero-G is really cool.
Zero-G is really cool.
There are so many pictures with me near the desk area this year, were they all taken around the same time period? I could have sworn I was sitting down more. I'm not sure why, but for some reason I have a sudden feeling of disgust every time I see myself in those pictures. it's probably just because I'm not very photogenic, though.
By the way, here are the parts that I left with because they were found on the floor and nobody claimed them throughout the whole tournament :
Phantom Escolpio R145WD (Phantom is Hasbro's Metal Fury version, Face is Kerbecs, R145's rubber is grey, and the WD is royal blue)
Lyra Face sticker
Jupiter Face
Metal Frame for a Metal Face Custom Ver.
Tool for Metal Stone Faces Custom Ver. flame red
Tool (black)
100 (royal blue)
WD (red)
WD (orange)
SD (black)
Hasbro's Cosmic Pegasus plastic R²F (silver)
I am not certain we will necessarily ship those out unless they are all one person's property, but if you were unable to find a specific part lately in your collection and that you think one of these is definitely yours, contact me by private message and we will look at the options.

Toronto & Puerto Rico Finals
Sorry for the delay everyone, but here's the first video in a four part series showcasing the video from the finals of the BEYBLADE REVOLUTION qualifiers! I'll be uploading at least one video per week–including video from BEYBLADE REVOLUTION: The Insurgents–leading up to the compilation video for the North American Championship itself. Please look forward to it!

Michigan & North Carolina Finals
Here's the second video in a four part series showcasing the video from the finals of the BEYBLADE REVOLUTION qualifiers! Please excuse the quality of some of the clips in this video; I was only able to work with what each host submitted. For North Carolina in particular, the quality of the footage that was submitted gradually became worse, for some reason ...
Also, I just found some more photos! Primus sent these to me a while back, and I don't believe they were ever posted anywhere. They're primarily from after the championship:

I noticed, haha.
There's nothing wrong with you!
I'm glad to see this series being put together. It's very fun to watch qualifier battles. Great job to the members who filmed the videos. I can't wait to see more Qualifier finals!

Same here! I just wish the videos had all been of the same quality; it's frustrating having to use videos that vary so greatly in quality haha.
Yeah I noticed the quality change in the NC qualifier, nice videos either way. I'm surprised that it only has a little over 300 views.
