I will be using a laptop to record matches and the beypoint battle sheet to record points.
1.) If its rains, where will the tournament be? Will it be postponed? Will we find shelter?
2.) With all the judges and stadiums we'll have, have you considered how we'll record matches?? Will you have a Laptop, will there be Wifi, do we need paper and pen so we can write down all the battles??
You'll only need the laptop in that case. I'll help if needed. Be sure to use Challonge.com

So what
RagerBlade if you happen to get more than 12 or more bladers, if you actually own an Android Smartphone you should download Swiss tournament app on your phone, I recommend if you don't want to go through the trouble with network or anything. Good luck hosting! Don't forget of you run into problems don't hesitate to ask insomic help.
Do you need a certain type of bey? I'm new to the tournaments and all my bey are standard customizable beys. Do you need like a tornado battler or beys like mine?

No. Tornado Tops and any other beys of the XTS-Tops series are not allowed in tournament use/play. We use strictly the standard five piece customizable beyblade tops *Including 4D or Hyperblade wheels that have two or more pieces within the metal wheel*
you still excepting bladers?
I Might Me There So add Me to the Maybe List.
I may be joining in on this. I would like to be added to the Maybe List.

If I get 12 bladers I will probably use Round Robin Block System. If I get 20 or more, unlikley, I will use Double Elimination.

I'm less then an hour away. Most likely I will be there unless something important pops up.
By the way, Are there certain types of beys band from this? Like heavy tank beys, or Left Spinnin' beys? Or is there no restrictions and all bladers can rip it up like usual?
"Rip It Up" like usual. haha Yeah, the two types you listed are completely fine. Tanks, Left Spin, Anti-Left Spin, etc. They're perfectly fine to use just as long as you have legal parts from Hasbro, Takara-Tomy, or Sonokong.
