There are SO MANY scams on eBay. 

To be very honest, it pisses me off when people get excited to get their Beyblades in the mail, but then others let them know its fake. There's this crushed sinking feeling you get when you realise it, and I wanna stop as much of that as I can. So I’ve decided to make a thread that records deals with:

 - real, authentic beys (scams are rly annoying)

 - best shipping speeds (fastest is Expedited SpeedPAK, then SpeedPAK, then Standard, then Economy)

 - the lowest price possible (taking the above into consideration)

Will eBay be fine if the TLD isn't the usual one for your country? Anyone have experience with that? Might be good to know for those in other countries. (The current URLs use the `.com.au` extension.)

TLD = Top Level Domains. That's the .com, .net, all that. It's the URL domains, nothing to do with eBay per se.

I don't trust Amazon for Takara-Tomy Beyblades. Amazon itself doesn't sell them, only third-parties do. Other than perhaps 88powerpig88 possibly having an account there (unless it's someone pretending to be them), no known good sellers have been pointed out to be there.

I've been scammed on Amazon before by a Japanese seller (for a different product), and I've seen people complain of receiving fakes.

Know of any legit Amazon sellers? Share them. But you're shopping carelessly if you just blindly buy them from whoever is selling.

Doesn't work like a store, not even how eBay is with having individual buyer pages. It will list whatever seller is selling for that item, sometimes not even the cheapest one. And again, unless you know of legit sellers, I don't feel it's wise to make a recommendation.

Yes, koreantoyshop is another good seller. Usually skyliners2012 and pvccard.expert are cheaper when I check, but it looks like koreantoyshop beats pvccard.expert in at least that gV example, though it's only by about a dollar.

Probably worth doing some comparing of prices though, all the same. If going for the absolute cheapest anyway.

I did never buy from koreantoyshop, but their items look safe to buy.
If you are interested in Young Toys (elephant logo company) it's written many times at WBO to be official brand. I've bought Blast Jinnius from them and can't see any difference to Takara. Somewhat bigger letters on driver, but quality is the same.
Also I dare to say that Korean people are honest in general as well as it's said for Japanese.
