It's time for another Plastic tournament!

Both tournaments will be occurring on the same day: Return of the Plastics II will start at 12:30pm followed by HMS Strikes Back II at 14:00 - 15:00pm at the the Bandstand (The second tournament time may change on the day: if the HMS tournament seems to become more popular before the tournament date, I will switch the times). Feel free to attend both, or just one of the tournaments!

Specific info:

When: 19th of November 11.30am until it finishes.
If you do turn up after 12.00 there is a chance you won't be able to take part.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any prizes for this tournament and beypoints won't be given so the top three will have the choice of one of these Face Boosters-
Remember if a parent/s is bringing you to the tournament to let them know that the times may vary and the weather will most likely be cold, so wrap up warm!

Need-to-Know Information

1. During Registration, Open Your Account Page

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.

2. Arrive On Time

You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.

3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings

We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!

4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours

This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!

5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called

Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!

6. Players Must Meet Regional Product Age Restrictions

All players in this event must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.

7. Players Under 18 Must Be Accompanied by a Parent/Guardian

If you are under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must accompany you and be present for the duration of the event.

8. Contests, Raffles, Gambling, Betting, and Selling Are Prohibited

Advertising the sale of any product or service, as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on this event page and conducting them at the event without approval by Fighting Spirits Inc. staff is prohibited. Please contact the Organized Play team if you require approval.

Sick day today had loads of fun, didn't film everything but vid will be up soon. Really need to get a beypoint system up and running for plastic tourneys. Congrats Matt and Dan couldn't of asked for a better final 3.

Today was the first tournament I've taken part in since about 8 years ago and I enjoyed coming back to blading, a good old plastic tourney to get me back into things was just the ticket and I'm happy to have placed 3rd Smile

I used these two combos mainly -

AR: Triple Wing (Trygle) / AR: Upper Dragoon
WD: Wide Defense
SG: Neo Right
SG Core: Heavy Metal Core (Metal Driger)
BB: SG Metal Flat 2 (Gaia Dragoon V)

(which to be honest don't do great against LeeDraciel's Tank type thing will have to ask him for the combo)

AR: Tiger Defense (Driger S)
WD: Wide Defense
SG: Neo-Left SG* (Burning Kerberous bearings) / SG: Left SG (Bearing Version 2)
SP: Defense Ring (Voltaic Ape) / SP: Cross Survival
BB: Customize Grip (Dragoon V2)

I'll have to take a look at the videos I got to list some other combos which I'll probably do Monday.

Firstly the Zombie Killer Tank ©

AR: Tiger Defense (Driger S/Jumping Base)
WD: 10 Balance
SG: Right EG Circle Survivor (Wolborg 4)
BB: Slow Release (Rock Bison)

And this is the combo i've been using since HWC

AR: Tiger Defence (Driger S/Jumping Base)
WD: 10 Balance
BB: Semi-Flat (Ultimate Frostic Dranzer, Gekiryu-Oh, Bistool, Roller Defenser, Wing Attacker, Wing Defenser, Bump King)

EDIT: Wow, no wonder that gave people trouble, it's hard if not nigh on impossible to land any decent hits on it, and if it's a zombiekiller like you say, OS isn't an option without a specialised combo. Dayum, son.

Mmm, well, the base isn't bad in attack mode, and Wolborg 2's AR isn't bad either.

But yes, odd that you lost. What was your full combo?
