Recent Beyblade Purchases

I know this is not a recent purchase, but I am ordering the Strongest Blader Set on the 8th of June.

Thank you Eternal Blader for your thoughts on my resent Bey buys, it looks like the stores in Chicago did me justice. It’s getting harder to find any new (Hasbro) Beys I don’t already have. Have I reached the end of the Hasbro Beys, or are there still some out there? Sorry if this is off topic.

Hasbro beyblades are, in general, not worth buying. Get Phantom Orion, Death Quetz, and Diablo Nemesis for Phantom, Death, RDF, and Diablo. Also, your grandson would probably enjoy X : D's mode change. It's not a good part, but it's entertaining.

EDIT: Okay, that was kind of extreme. MANY Hasbro beyblades are not worth the money.

Some Beyblade's are useful, for only one part, such as Torch Aries 125D.

Yeah, I am kind of getting off-topic. What I mean, though, is that for your buck, TT beyblades (specifically 4D) are far more valuable than any set of beyblades one can purchase otherwise. I could spend upwards of $100 on beyblades at Wal-mart and still not even approach the value of the Ultimate DX Set. The only significantly good combos I can think of that are Hasbro-only are Basalt Bull/Aquario BD145CS and possibly Meteo L-drago CH120EWD.

A friend of mine gave me all of her plastics today for only 1 USD! Great deal too, there are missing parts but she's trying to find the rest of them since she broke 1 WD and both the Jumping Base BBs but she replaced the WD.
The stuf as of right now:
-Tiger Defenser (Jumping Base vers.) x2 all w/ Driger bitchips
-Galeon Red (not BBA Balancer) x1
-War Lion (1 missing S-AR) x2 all w/ Galeon bitchips
-Bound Defender x1, w/ Knight Dranzer bitchip
-Roller Attack x2, 1 w/ Knight Dragoon bitchip
-Wing Cross (Hasbro UFD vers.) x1 w/ UFD bitchip
-Wolborg 3 AR (Hasbro w/ Wolborg bit, Black) x1
-Revolver Attack? x1
-A few grips and launchers
-Smash Turtle (Red) x1, w/ red Master Draciel bitchip
-Bit Protector, Dranzer F sticker placed on it (I have no idea what to do with that thing)
-Flame Wing (Metal Masters Edition) x1, no bitchip
-Flame Change Base (Metal Masters Edition) x1
-Random Silver SG, I have no idea which one it is but it has this weird fixed metal ball at the end and it didn't have a BB
EDIT: Oh yes, there was also a red Try Cutter with a bitchip of god knows what. Some ghost thing, not like Polta but this weird gray thing.

That's all I can remember for now, but definitely a nice haul. It adds to me just having Draciel F and Dragoon F, haha.

Thanks man, I appreciate it.

She's moving to Seattle soon, so she was looking to offload some of her stuff. She had 2 hasbro stadiums, but they're long broken lol. She wanted to buy a soda, so I gave her the dollar since she was giving this stuff to me anyway.

I'll try to take some pictures tomorrow (after my SAT 2s, I really shouldn't be on here right now... >_>) of the stuff to see if anyone can help identify the parts.

Night Virgo is decent
Flame Serpent is decent
Cyber Aquario is a good buy because you get the Aquario Energy Ring(for Defense) and a RF performance tip(For Attack)
Meteo L-Drago Absorb is an good buy for Spin Steal Combos and Attack combos
Gravity Destroyer Stamina's parts are all good except for the S tip

So yeah it's all good and for your next beyhunting trip, you should get Hades Kerbecs BD145DS, Twisted Tempo 145WD

Hello again Bobmcdoogal! As always…thank you for your insight into Carmelo’s collection. I found it strange to find Bey’s at a supermarket, I never would have thought of looking there.

As for your Hades Kerbecs BD145DS & Twisted Tempo 145WD recommendation, those gems are already in his collection. Both were recommended when I posted my very first Bey’s for review by Kai-V & th!nk (thanks again!). Please feel free to click on my spoiler to view Carmelo’s collection so far. They’re not championship quality Bey’s, but it’s a start.

As for battling, Just list your bey's in the "Build me a Combo" thread and someone will give you the best combo's you can make, With the blade's that you have. Smile

Those are awesome purchases, and MOST of them are useful, while others are collectibles. Only a handful of those wouldn't be useful, but that doesn't matter! Grin

Right... Today i have yet been on ANOTHER spending spree with the following...

- Ultimate Launcher with Gravity Peresus (Basically every add on but the bey pointer?)

- Sharpie black marker
- Green and Black RIT dye
- 2x Ray Striker's
- 2x Dark Cancer
- Midnight Bull
- Storm capricorn

All of those beyblades i already have but they also i believe have all the needed parts for both Selens and Enzos Ray Gasher which i plan on dying.

Tempted to try bits off the launcher as well as i have some spares of those coming also, from previous sets i ordered.

a rose gold is a rose gold face, if you take a picture of your fifty beyblades with your name written on a piece of paper you'll get a face that shows up on your account when you post, its like achievements.

It's essentially proof that you own 50 beyblades, and a way to show that you have a large collection.
