Second was this, when i was swearing with my other classmate. The reason why she caught me was my other other classmate reported it to her. Which sucks. my other classmate is going to get "revenge" by printing a message when my other other classmate swore. But, still i don't get it. Sure it was a school group chat, but why would it be wrong to swear with my friends? and it's a pretty religious school, considering it's name is "International Baptist College and Seminary" lol.(Jan. 22, 2016 7:22 AM)Get Rekt Wrote: Was caught swearing in facebook by my teacher. Unless you're in some crazy-authoritarian religious school I doubt you'd be "dead" for the use of a swear word in a private circle such as Facebook. If they grill you for anything harshly it'll probably be due to the use of Facebook during school hours. It'd be really dumb for them to send you to the guidance counselor for swearing, especially privately on Facebook. What is there to counsel? There's no problem. Kids just swear. It's a fact of life that a shocking amount of adults don't seem to accept.

If swearing isn't tolerated in class, it makes sense that they wouldn't be happy with it in the chat. If it's not that much of a problem in the classroom, then enforcing it online more strictly doesn't really make much sense.(Jan. 22, 2016 7:43 AM)Half Nail Wrote:Oh and i forgot to say that it was in our school group chat. I think their concern is the parents' point of view about the school. Because like i said , the first time i was caught is by the mother of my classmate. And i wasn't really given demerits, detentions or anything, but i was only given a warning. I'm really nervous right now, since the guidance counselor is really scary-looking. And i'm a bit relieved that my mom found out that i was swearing , and she wasn't really that mad.

You spoke too freely with teachers and confirmed snitches, mistake #3.I never said we invited teachers. It's only a private group chat. But with my classmates, not with my teachers and classmates.
I'd just leave the chat, unless its required.
