Random Thoughts 5 - READ RULES IN FIRST POST

Oh my goshhhhh
So yesterday, our marching band participated in the final competition before the State Competitions. In each of the previous competitions, we had only received a rating of "Good" (50-60), whereas you need a rating of "Excellent" (60-70) or higher to be able to play and march in State. And, in our last chance, we did! We got a score of 62.875, which is pretty good considering each of our previous scores were around the 52 mark! Not only that, but this is the first time our school has gotten to State in around 6 years, so it was a tear-jerking moment for all of the Seniors. If you want to see our show (this isn't the one that just marched on Saturday, this is a previous competition. But, it's the same basic thing, as we haven't really changed or added much) here is a link to a video on YouTube (I might update it if yesterday's is uploaded):

NJHS really is a waste of time... They suck out your money too -.- So I was unknowingly entered into FBLA XD
I totally understand y'alls opinion on the National Honor Society being a waste of time, but in the future when you're applying for college it's something you can put on your resume. The more you can put on your resume the better, so I'd say you might consider just grinning and bearing the volunteer hours with the hope that it might come in handy down the road. I don't know how far away this is for you guys, but come your junior/senior year you'll be glad to be able to put anything on your college applications while the people who didn't do stuff will be scrambling to come up with volunteer hours. Every little bit helps!
Hey everyone! I recently made my first android app!
I would like if some people could go help me out and test it! Link is in my signature.

Anyhow, I really find the YOutube Channel Vsauce extremely entertaining. I think a lot of people should check them out. It kept me up the whole night XD.

Some new photos I took:
Hope you like them!
So, I saw a kid at Walmart, maybe 11 or 12 years old and he was looking at the beyblades, so I figured I'd try to get him to join the WBO so maybe we could have a tourney. I went up to him and said "hey, are you a fan of the beyblade hobby?". He just looked at me for a few seconds and finally spoke "uhh... Yeah." then he bolted away. ;(

It sucks, I want more Indiana bladers!!

I figured this would be okay to post here
Man that sucks. But do not say Beyblade hobby, it makes you look like a smart creeper. XD
The new Windows 8 tablet is so cool. I get to borrow it for a week because I'm in a software club at school.
We're going to make an app for the school district to use. It's suppose to help with volunteers, and background checks.
We got around eight of the tablets. It's just like a regular computer, but smaller and just as powerful. I love it!

EDIT: My girlfriend just text'd me saying her dad bought ten boxes of Mike and Ike's for me.
That's a lot of candy, yo.

Random Thoughts 5: not for weather.

I get it, it's difficult. Do it anyway.

Hazel: I think a link is in order here, don't you think, Hazel? And, plus, I think electricity may be gone tomorrow due to the weather (lights flicker every so often, so yeah...)

Also, please do not take offense at what I just said. I have Autism, and it's simply part of who I am as a person, not an excuse.

That's odd. And sad.

When I bought my Twisted Tempo, there was a kid trying to decide if he should buy Galaxy Pegasis or Hades Kerbecs, hahah. I told him that he should definitely buy Hades Kerbecs. He just stared at me like "Why?", so I told him that Kerbecs was much much stronger, has greater stamina, and can switch modes unlike Pegasis. Then he's all, "Oh, I get it! Thanks!" And then he ran off with both beys. Chocked_2

I had to do an essay for Chemistry on black holes. Yes, for Chemistry. It was the most fun assignment I've done since the start of the school year. Hehe, I still get scared while researching them. Cute I mean, seriously, what isn't scary about a huge dense mass that will rip your atoms apart in miliseconds?

Eh, when you go to school with a few of them you kinda get used to it.

Definitely getting quoted in my signature. xD

My tea just stayed hot for 3 hours. Love thermoses.

Wait, are the "likes" on the index of a Facebook Page an accumulation of only people who clearly "Like the Page", or is it a collection of all the "likes" to anything on the Page, including th general Page-Likes ? For instance, if a post is made on a Page and that ten people like that particular message, would the Page's general Likes get ten more points added ?
While I do not know, my guess would be that it would be for the likes on the page.
It's a count of the number of people who "like" the page itself. Content likes aren't totalled, at least not publicly.
Its for the page itself. Some pages have content that is restricted, so you can only view it after having "liked" the page though. However, you can still "Like" things on pages without having "liked" the page itself. It'll show on your friend's news feed "XXX liked (insert name of page here)'s photo/status update". Liking the page, depending on what category it is, shows up under your profile information as well. Liking the page also subscribes you to its updates, but Facebook has started to not auto-subscribe some users, you'll have to do it manually.

EDIT: Damn it ninjas.
So, for instance, there are really sometimes more than one thousand new people who "Like" the official Beyblade Facebook Page everyday ? I thought it was at least helped by the few hundreds of Likes they get per message ...
I fell and I'm in extreme pain! It really hurts and the cut is quite large. Don't worry, Im ok.

I think its great, that the single "likes" per message are not counted for the "page" likes. That way you can "like" individual posts without having to like the entire page. Which is useful, sometimes Wink
Happy Halloween everyone! Wink

My "friend" wants me to go trick or treating with him, although we are 13, I guess it's okay for candy. He said to me "lets TP or egg some houses!". People are dumb, my response was "what the hell is your problem? You do what you want, but there is zero chance I would ever do that!". People can be really dumb. I lost respect for him saying that. It's freaking illegal for crying out loud. Then again, he's one of those peopel who are always acting like such a bad-carp.

Gosh he's dumb...
Speaking of eggs ... in my town all the stores refuse to sell anyone eggs today ...

And yeah, Halloween is cool when people have great costumes. I saw at least a dozen cats and bunnies though. My friend cosplayed Inuyasha. They made her put away the sword though, LOL. And I saw a Slenderman costume. Was well suited cuz that kid was tall. And eh thats about it for costumes, didn't see any good ones other than those. I was hoping the guy in the Rubrix cube costume would show up Unhappy
Ahaha, this older woman that works at the school dressed as a witch and got her face all painted up, it was funny. Then I saw one chick that was like gothic. I don't know if she was dressed up or she always like this, creepy. And one other person was a fairy that wore all black. My school is strange.

I'm ryuga for halloween.
(GUY THAT ALMOST NOBODY IN MY TOWN WILL KNOW ABOUT! ACTIVATE!)
In school a lot of people dressed up in their costumes. This one person dressed up as a fairy, but I called her a witch!

Happy Halloween you guys!
happy Hallloween guys.

I'm dressing up as a graveyard! XD
Happy Halloween everyone!
I'm "off" today, and for the rest of the week, too.
Boredom mode, comense!

I'll be playing around with apps, alright?
See you in the developer world!

Whenever I see someone's picture on the "Pictures of Yourself" thread, I remember how they look, and every time I read their post, I see them saying it. o_o
Happy Halloween everybody!
Halloween was pretty good, got a lot of candy. Kind of sad how 4 of my friends wanted to TP and egg houses, so me and two other friends left them and went another way. Other than that, it was a good halloween. Hopefully everybody else had a good one!
