Nope. Just some guitar place that I wanted a tutorial video from that never stops emailing me.
I will try to fix the issue; I had not even noticed that I stopped receiving email notifications for new private messages for so long.

It depends on the Beypoint Queue, whether there are any events that happened prior to it that involve the same player(s) and that block it or simply have not had the time to be processed yet, etc. These days, we are almost just one week away from processing, but sometimes, the queue can be of up to two months.
Has the Event Proposal forum been changed to where you aren't able to see any event proposals besides any of the one that person has created?

It was always supposed to be like that, but apparently people just could not look into others' Proposals before, while still seeing the topics listed, hah. It was indeed changed recently with some updates.
What was the point in time when WBO was at it's peak of popularity? Who owns the site? Who started it? Today at work I was thinking about it and I realized I don't know the origin of this site despite joining [4 years ago?]. Well I'm still at work lol ( Damn 12 hour shifts)

That's a way more complicated question than you think, lol. But I think you can piece together the history of the site just by going through threads in the news forum. I'll actually probably write a brief history of the WBO sometime soon.
There was a project about a WBO book, but it looks like we all forgot it.
