Questions about the WBO

Actually I was talking about, on the User CP there is an option to see what groups you're currently joined.

I was wondering about that.
That is only there to tell you what your User Group is. Primary is what generic users are.

It also tells you that when you're in your User CP at the top-ish.

Well, that's the only thing I know of why it's there ..
If you are a member of groups which allow it, you can change which usergroup is displayed - for example I can change between Blader Passport Holder and Advanced Member, the main effect of doing so being that my username changes to Bold (because I'm also a member of the Tournament Organizer group which overrides Passport Holder) or Italics.

And no, you cannot create groups.
It is what it says, a group of users. Members, advanced members, moderators, etc.
Nevermind, I didn't see the post before me
Is there any way to post an mp3 file? I want people to suffer through my voice on a trailer for a Beyblade podcast.
You could upload it to soundcloud or something as such and maybe embed it here?
Just curious, what is the limit for amount of money you can get reimbursed? (for prizes)
Typically, the absolute max from what I've seen is $15-20 per prize.
Yeah, but what about total? I don't want to get prizes and expect to get reimbursed, but only get reimbursed for say, half of what I bought since I went over without knowing.
If I was you I wouldn't spend more than $50 in total at the absolute most, but probably shoot for somewhere close to $40
It really depends on the amount of participants you succeed in gathering and how many of them already have Blader Passports. If you can organise a huge tournament and only buy three prizes, go ahead and have some expensive three Beyblades for prizes.
OK, thanks.

Has anyone been noticing lower quality images when on this site recently (specifically Faces)? It could be my eyes, but they feel normal with everything else, as well as the fact that it hasn't been a gradual change, it has only started recently.
The images have the same quality here.
where do i go if i would like to organize a wbo official tournament?

First off, read this here, it'll help you a lot!

http://worldbeyblade.org/eventguide.pdf

Next, read the top part of this page:

http://worldbeyblade.org/Forum-Event-Proposals

Then, you should make a thread (unless there is one already) to see if you can get 8 confirmed participants for your tournament, once you have 8 confirmed participants, make an event proposal in the following forum (in a new thread, make sure to follow the format that was shown on the top part of the page):

http://worldbeyblade.org/Forum-Event-Proposals

And if it gets approved by the Committee, then you are ready to have a tournament! Smile

how do you get the writing under your avatar

It is called a user or member title. Go in your User Control Panel, click on "Edit profile", and then, on the right, you will see a section for it.
If you beat someone at a tournament how is it determined on how you get points? Is it by rank?

It depends on several factors :

- How many Beypoints your opponent has at this stage of the tournament compared to you;
- Whether you win or lose, obviously;
- The size of the tournament, so the format is important.
