the estimated delivery dates differ between the two. perhaps there is a difference in the “free” shipping that is included?

i really can’t be certain. the $15 price is very low, but not insane. you might want to ask the seller, he responds quickly (in his time zone).

There are actually three items listed. At the title it's written "On hands" and "Express" for others. As RedPanda said, it's shipping type difference (but I don't know more about that). Anyway, if you don't mind about few days waiting, feel safe to get first one.

Price in Japanese Toys R Us is 9.1$. He must have better wholesale prices to obtain items, so no need for fake alert.

For the launchers, it's mostly based on preference. If you feel more comfortable using a winder launcher use that, and vice versa. I heard that the new LR long winder skips a lot so you might be trying your luck with that one, but the LR long winder is useful for being able to be used for left and right spin. Beylaunchers can be more powerful, but there's usually a learning curve to it. Both are pretty durable, but the Beylauncher can break easier if you misuse it.

Bloody Longinus is O.K but not the best. The layer is only really good against Sr, hS?, and it does O.K against other left spin layers. The 13 disk is nothing special so I wont say much about it. The Jolt Driver is pretty good for attack combos but you need a good launch for it to work well. If you feel that you want a Left spin combo killer and/or a good attack Driver, bL wouldn't be too bad if a choice.
