If you need 2 beys then it can be Duo Uranus and Flash Sagittario. But Then If you get Duo Uranus it comes with a set of 3. If you can get 2 beyblades then get Flash Sagitarrio and Diablo Nemesis as you can make MF-H Flash Orion AD145MF and MF-H Diablo Kerbecs BD145R2F. Also I recommend you getting A Galaxy Pegasus at your nearest retailers.

Question 1: Yes, most of them are better overall.
Question 2: The next world tournament is unknown, but it is likely you may only use parts released by Hasbro (so like a TT/SonoKong F, as Hasbro has released them.

Depends on what other Beyblade's he has .. If he has the correct parts to create an Attack type, then Flash is the better choice. But if he doesn't have much, then Phantom Orion is probably his best bet.

Yes, the other bey included in particular, Twisted Befall BD145RSF has competitively viable parts.

yes it is worth buying because there is some useful parts in the beys you want to buy if Ottawa (where I live) had those I would buy them because they have really good parts and I told you that yesterday but try to make it soon in the summer there will be better beys so the sooner the better and try to get ray striker for cs

Only if you can't get 4Ds or Zero-G beys. versus other Hasbro blades they are worth it. also you get essential parts in the team set like Kerbecs, EWD, 230, and BD145. Twisted is a great pre-4D wheel, while bull is a "good" stamina wheel there are much better ways to get it or a equally as good cw, as midnight and the track and tip aren't worth it...
