Nintendo won't be ending Pokemon any time soon. Not when these games continue to easily sell more than 10 million copies. Like any company they love money, which is why they release so many Pokemon games in the first place.
As for the 3DS complaints, guys the DS platform launched in 2004, lol. It's time to move onto better hardware. It's a PS1->PS2 thing, not a DS->DSi thing. That said, the game doesn't look to be taking advantage of the 3DS to any great capacity. Little Battlers eXperience Explosive Boost, Medarot 7, and Gyrozetter 3DS all have better looking RPG exploration than this which is full of jaggies, and flat textures.
