The judges were people who are not members. They were volunteers that don't beyblade and did not know the rules apparently.

Supposedly from what MorningMess told us, the eldest was her mother and the other two must have been her friends because if they were members they would have known the rules and not have done what they did.

They did it after the pods were finished. It was not changed within the pods. Hypothetically speaking, even if they were changed during the pods, it wouldnt be fair to the people who played before them. This was done horribly. There was no way around it. I had fun playing against you though. I would have come even if it was just 10 people just to battle you.

The only thing that didn't fail was seeing kids happy from playing with others and learning. The tourney was indeed a fail though. Being unorganized after you clearly state the rules on a thread and then not following them is absolutely unacceptable and is a bad representation of the WBO for those who looked to register.

i bought a bladers passport and they didn't give it to me or do I get it in the mail or something I not sure If they were supposed to give it to me then or to give it to me in the mail can someone answer

maybe we should start a tourney complaints thread...no not kidding. it would help all future tourneys to prevent tourney fails such as this

that may be true. or maybe we should have smaller tourneys. u have to admit, some of the chaos may have been caused by the large amount of peoples there. it may have been best to basically have 2 tourneys. one for evry 15 people or so.

I'd like to say that this is the best turnout for a NY tournament ever. Also, all those people weren't a problem. At least not enough for a tournament limit. Especially when Canada is having 58 man tourneys

All I can say is since I planned a tourney and it went pretty well is that rules should be explained before any ranked battles start. Explain it multiple times. When everyone meet up explain them. When registration starts, explain them. Before battle start explain them again. Make sure rules are explain and everyone knows them. Make sure parents know why we use TT and they shouldn't complain if their kid loses etc...

Second I am sorry to say but even though there were many problems people should be happy that there a tourney at all. All tourneys have disorder, that is what the universe tends to side to. Running tourneys is a learning experience. There has be like 5 maybe less tourney in the U.S.A most of the tourneys around the world are hosted my mods or super senior members. Bet their first tourney had problems.

Third give MM a little break. Like I said it is a learning experience. if she does/wants/allowed/whatever to host another tournament I am sure the next one will be more organized have better judges and the whole shabangbang(??) lol.

Last but not least....I am trying to figure out how people stole your beys? Can some semi explain this? Did you like loan your bey parts out or something? Or do you think someone went into your bag and stole them?

Also, I do not know what to do with this. Everybody paid, everybody took the time to attend, but it seems the matches were unfair, and it would not make sense to process the matches when some are missing. It happened in the past : at an Australian tournament, they ended up doing twice a Round Robin. Because we could not just cut and only choose one set of results, we unfortunately did not process the battles. For the Newcastle tournament, all the Italian events though, things go very well. The Committee will really have to discuss this.
