Like all official WBO tournaments, there will be a $5 entrance fee if you don't have a bladers passport. You can buy one at the tournament for $10 and you will get into official WBO tournaments for free for a year.

Since we're going to be in a playground in Central Park, you are responsible of keeping watch over your beyblades and personal belongings. We are not responsible if anything is lost or stolen. We'd also recommend that if you do intend to take part in the tournament, then bring your own beys. This may sound like an obvious suggestion, but in the past people have come without, expecting to borrow other blader's blades.

wait, so what happens when you purchased a passport, you haven't gotten your passport face yet, and you plan on joining an upcoming tournament? does that mean you're unable to attend until the passport money is received?

Usually it gets done earlier than that ... However, there will not be tournaments in Manhattan for a while anyway.
so what happens if we try to enter a tournament thats not in Manhattan we still have to pay.
well, you'd probably have to notify the host beforehand (through Private message... u don't want other people getting in the tournament using your forum name and your pre-paid money) (notify a few weeks before preferably). Then the host would have to check with Kai-V to confirm that. Just as long as the tournament is sponsored by the WBO and the money goes to the WBO, its fine. (unless Kai-V plans to make it Manhattan tournaments only).
just letting everyone who commented here know; i'm having a free play and a free play tournament (anyone can join). Bring your stadiums. meet at Heckscher playground, in Central park at 2pm, Dec. 4th. We need more people... otherwise, the free play tournament will be boring. T.T the tournament will start at 3 but come as soon as 2 so i can set up the brackets. =D and again, ANYONE IS WELCOME! and if you're coming, dress smart. =) bring gloves.
