Flame Aquario 230CS is fine then. If you don't have a CS then just use Scythe/Duo/Earth Aquario SW145 (Defense Mode) EWD/WD the parts are set by priority so the first metal or tip should be used if you have it.
If you use the second combo I listed make sure to weak launch against attack types.
