Time:
The tournament itself will start at 12:00pm, so as a guide, aim to arrive for 11:30am. The Tube and public transport services are not very reliable, so plan your journey well in advance.

Location:
Regent's Park. We shall be at the Bandstand as always. Please check this thread on the day for updates or like us on Facebook for any quick location updates.

Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Click on the tab labelled "Monuments, Fountains and Statues". Head to the area marked Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to Baker Street.

Prizes:
We might have prizes. We might not. Who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hosts and Judges:
This tournament is being hosted by ~Mana~. If you have any queries about the event, feel free to PM us or post in the thread and we'll be happy to help!

Important Advice:
Despite being around friends and rivals, please remember we are in a public park. Bad behaviour and swearing will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from future events. Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place while at the bandstand. If you see any personal items left around with no apparent owner, please hand it in to a judge, so we can return it to its rightful owner. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than 12:10pm, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate. If you know you'll be late, please let us know via PM or a post in-thread!

Spread the Word!
Are you as excited about the festivities as we are?! If so, be sure to tell your friends about it! And if you haven't already, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook!

I'm so hyped for this tournament but at the same time I haven't had a huge amount of practice with Burst  Andrew
I can't wait till the tournament starts! ?
Just to address some concerns about the weather for Saturday (given how bad it's been this week...); as of today, the forecast for Saturday has dulled down and we're only looking at a very slight chance of rain. I'll be checking up on it again tomorrow and Friday but as it currently stands, the event is going ahead as planned.

If this changes, I'll be sure to let everyone know but right now, it's looking good and we're set to have a magical day of Beyxercise together.

its going to be a long day lol
Why does the number of Bladers joined keep fluctuating? I've seen it get up to 19 then go down to 17 then up to 18 and now back to 17?
My Beylauncher L has decided that now would be a great time to break. Tired

I've still got a Light Launcher L, but that only leaves one left-spin launcher between my brother and I, so if anyone would be willing to lend/sell us a Beylauncher L or LR on Saturday, it would be much appreciated.
Due to the events that happened at Oxford Circus today, there’s a chance I might not be able to make it tomorrow. Apologise in advance if I’m not there tomorrow. If I don’t show then good luck to all contestants.
Would a beyblade from another beyblade set like  metal fury be allowed? Because i do not have any from burst.

U might have to borrow from someone. And since its burst format, I don't think u can take metal fury material in.

Note: Sorry guys, I tried but I literally can not come to this one. However if we have one in December I will come for sure. Be sure to let me know about who wins and how the battles go. I was so excited with the turnout and all and this unfortunate event just had to happen today and bar my chances of coming. Again good luck to all who will attend tomorrow.

Any word on a second stadium?

I'm assuming there could even be 3 stadiums due to the number of people attending. As to who would bring em, no clue.

Yeah I just wanted to know if anyone was bringing a spare

I've been removing people who aren't actually in the UK, haha.

Nope, Burst Format only. If you're lacking Burst Beys, there may be people at the event willing to lend you parts to use, permitting you return them and look after them, haha.

No worries! We're probably looking at a December event on the 16th, but I'll let everyone know when that's finalised!

I'll bring one, and @[Manicben] should be bringing some spares we have last I heard. Two stadiums will have to be in use for the event (we're looking at Block Round Robin or Swiss at this point anyway), but a third can be used for free play. I can't guarantee we'll have three though.

If anyone has a stadium they want to bring with them to increase numbers, please do! The more the merrier, haha.
Just wondering how big the stadiums will be since its my first tournament, also does anyone have any spare parts or beyblades i could use? Thanks

And does anyone have any recommendations for beyblades?
Stadiums are...a normal size? Somewhat hard to describe really, but look up some videos online for the best idea of how big they are. We're just using Standard-type Burst stadiums for this event.

I have parts and Launchers you can borrow, but I do expect them looked after and returned after the event, haha.
Pretty excited for today, since this will be my first Burst (and UK) tournament! I’ll be at the park around 11:30 and my train back to Lancaster doesn’t leave until 6:30, so if anyone’s hanging around after the event, I’ve got nothing else going on lol
We normally grab something to eat post-event. My return train is around 6:30 as well, so there's plenty of time, haha.
Gonna head out to the park in a few minutes. It's a 20 minute walk from where we're staying, so I'll probably be there ridiculously early, haha. I'll be bringing my own Stadium too.

Thanks, man!
I think Ice is already there, and I’ll be heading over as soon as I get in, so maybe 11:20 or so? Hope you don’t mind if I steal your stadium for a few. I haven’t used one since last spring and I don’t want to be completely unprepared Tongue_out
